The Vero Beach Trek store always tries to help and is very responsive from answering bicycle questions, providing advice, arranging service pickups for my electric bike and returning the bike promptly at a convenient time. All employees are very polite.

I got a flat tire on my bicycle on Memorial Day and when I called Trek, the person over the phone reassured me they could take care of it. He took out my bike from the trunk, repaired the inner tube, confirmed the origin of the leak, and put my bike back in the car all within 8 minutes on a federal holiday! They were professional, helpful, and amazing!

Went in there Sunday 5/25/25 and they were open! After a ride in the am I wanted new tires and other things. I wasn't expecting they could handle my needs while I waited. Besides tires, I had some other issues that needed attn. Very knowledgeable and pleasant group. My bike feels new again!

Every time I have been in the store all the employees are very professional and polite. Jeremiah has gone above and beyond with helping, explaining, educating me on my PowerFly 4. He was very patient with me & explain to me in detail how & what was happening & why I had issues. I am new to Vero & use my Trek bike is a daily commuter. It performing better, after this current repair, than any other time, I could not be happier with your service. I have been to all the bike shops in the area and Trek Bicycle Store is by far the best in town. I will definitely recommend it . Again a special thanks to Jeremiah.
