I stopped by the store this week to fix a flat and replace a tire, but also talked a possible new bike with Edgar. I just want to say thanks to him for being super nice, really helpful and he totally tuned me into a future Trek owner. I wish all retail experiences were like this.
I came in with my triathlon bike with many issues. Edgar was able to complete a full assessment on my bike and suggested a level 3 service. Edgar walked me through the entire service. I couldn’t believe how I got my bike back a couple days later. I felt like I bought a new bike. Thank you Edgar!! He definitely knows his stuff!!
I came into the store to purchase some spare tubes. Ian who helped heard my frustration that I was having. I was getting flats every week and didn’t understand why. Ian put my bike on the stand and immediately found the problem once he took the tire off the rim. He replaced the rim tape and sold me new tires and haven’t gotten a flat since! Thank you Ian!!!
I came into the store and was immediately welcomed by Brittney. I explained the issues I was having with my bike however needed a bike to use for the weekend. Brittney was nice enough to give me a bike to hold onto for my weekend ride while my bike was being serviced. Thank you Brittney. Thank you Trek Stuytown!!
My tubeless bike had a leak and was refill and was necessary to change it.
They did it swiftly in 10 minutes.
The only bad thing is that they didn't have 2 tyres, as I would have preferred to change them both.
