The team at the Sugar Land location goes far above and beyond with help, knowledge and service. They’re so great with kids. My kids love coming in with me. The staff, especially Aaron, was so kind to my kids and knowledgeable with questions I asked. The installed a bike bell even though I said I could do it and I truly felt it when he said, “it’s no problem!” Life long customers here. Always treated well whether we come in for bike servicing, gear, or small things!

I really messed up my bike bad trying to do a repair myself and was out of my element. After thoroughly messing it up, I took it in to Trek. Johnny at Trek was very thorough with the repair. Really got it fixed perfectly. And then took the time to give the entire bike a good look over, tweaking items he felt needed adjustment. So not only did I get my bike returned fully repaired, but it was better than before. And he turned it around so fast it was hard to believe he got so much done so quickly. And the price, for what was done, was very reasonable. The entire staff was always so friendly. It was just a great experience. Trek has earned my business for life.

Staff if super friendly and very knowledgeable. They don’t just fix the issue, but steer you in the right direction based on your needs…ie. Kept breaking spokes and after several replacements, they suggested replacing them all or getting a new wheel…best solution to avoid downtime due to repairs. If you have a quick fix, they try to get you back riding without leaving your bike overnight.
