I came to Trek to get my bike checked because I recently purchased a used Trek Hybrid on fb Marketplace. Jose checked it for me and made adjustments where needed with the brakes. I also wanted to switch to dual pedals and he did that for me. He was kind and personable…I had come in with my dog and we chatted about his dog as well. Jose attended to me rather quickly upon my entry. And…when he needed to speak with another customer who entered (after he completed my work), he politely excused himself and told me he needed to attend to entering customer and he would be back with me shortly. Thats when I went shopping and spent almost $400 in your store! You know how is cycle enthusiasts do!!! LOL. Lastly, I had a dog basket on the front and wasn't able to figure out how to put it on and take it off. He, without hesitation helped me with it. He offered to walk me to my car and load my bike for me. That was very sweet and helpful.

The team at the Sugar Land location goes far above and beyond with help, knowledge and service. They’re so great with kids. My kids love coming in with me. The staff, especially Aaron, was so kind to my kids and knowledgeable with questions I asked. The installed a bike bell even though I said I could do it and I truly felt it when he said, “it’s no problem!” Life long customers here. Always treated well whether we come in for bike servicing, gear, or small things!
