I have used Trek Sugar Land for years since they were Society bicycles. The staff is very knowledgeable. Derrin is an outstanding technician, always on the money with his recommendations and repairs.

The staff are very friendly, inviting and down to Earth. During my first visit, I was immediately greeted, but not pressured or harassed to work with an employee or buy any items. They confirmed that they would work on brands other than Trek as well. Product prices were the same as other retailers and the best part is that they are open seven days throughout the week. My bike's service was performed the same day and within a few hours. I will definitely keep Trek as my new bike shop for all of my upcoming cycling needs. A+ overall experince with them.
