I really appreciate your service. I am a 69 year-old female annd though I’ve riidden road bikes since the early 80s, I fear being seen as a joke or another being taken seriously because of my age. Recently while riding one of my road shoes fell apart and the speedway cleats were worn out so one day when I was in Houston I bought new shoes and new speedplay/wahoo cleats at the West U. Store. They were very helpfu. Well, I could not clip into those at all so I brought the shoes with the cleats to the Sugarland store near my house and Jacob lubed them for me and adjusted the float, after checking to see whether or not the easy tension clears were in stock. They were not.. I still could not get clipped in so I called the store and had them order those cleats for me. That’s what I had been using the past nine years. I returned the standard cleats to the West University store and when I got the notice that the new ones that come in into Sugarland, I brought my shoes in, and Jacob was kind enough to put the easy tension cleats on my shoes for me. I was treated With kindness and respect. I am a huge fan of the service I received.
