Jerry, the team member who helped us was absolutely wonderful. He picked up the phone when I initially called and answered some general questions I had with great professionalism and enthusiasm. When I arrived the same day just a few minutes after I called I asked for him by name because I was so impressed with how he fielded my inquiry. Jerry did not disappoint! We were greeted with a warm welcome, all of our questions were thoroughly answered. Jerry instilled confidence and se ended up making a purchase that was right for us thanks to his guidance, expertise and genuine concern for our satisfaction. What further impressed me was that while Jerry was ringing us up, his colleague installed a kickstand we purchased without Jerry even having to ask him. Jerry's team member was happy to assist and Jerry (and we) were very appreciative for the time savings and seamless experience. Trek makes a variety of great products but Jerry and his team at Trek of Summit make it the clear choice for your cycling needs. Thanks to all!

The store presence makes it very easy to go and shop for bikes and accessories. Staff is incredibly friendly and personable. If there is a question they don't know, they will go above and beyond to get the answer for you. I am very glad for that level of service and the experience, the store visit was what sold me on getting a Trek.
