In general, I rate very high the service at my local Trek Superstore (nearest one is San Diego Kearny Mesa). Service folks are quite professional and knowledgeable, and the crew in the store is always very helpful whether it is for selecting a new bicycle or getting any needed gear. I rate Trek SD as one of the best cycling shops in town.

Trek is just about the only brand that I am loyal to, and your store exemplifies the brand. I have had 1/2 dozen Trek bikes since 1993 and each one has been built well and a great bike. Your store adds to that great customer service, a repair team that is always helpful. I have never been upsold or otherwise felt that anyone was trying to push me one way of another....none of that used car salesman feeling.

I've always known Trek to be in the higher quality range of bikes. I've wanted an eBike for a while but was unsure in spending huge bucks. My second trip into the San Diego (Kearny Mesa) Store connected me with Joey. An awesome sales rep who knew his stuff. He made sure I was totally comfortable wit the bike I was looking at. No pressure sales and no BS. Just making sure I was getting what I wanted. Then he sprung the discount on me! I went from thinking I would have to wait weeks or months for the bike I wanted to taking it home with me that day. PLUS the $300 discount!!! I could not be more happy! Jim P

Honest and accommodating. The supply chain is disrupted but I can still get information on most of what I need, if not the actual product when I need it. Great service team.
