I was pleased with the service I received this time around. Avery got the bike back to me in a timely fashion, as promised, and did a good job with the repair, replacing a broken front derailleur shifting cable, and the bike works as it should. I use the bike for daily commuting and appreciate his efforts.
Techs seemed very knowledgeable about bikes – not so much when it came to my electric bike.
Very up front about not being trained to work on the motor itself and did not charge me for trying to diagnose the problem.
I gave them 8 because their advertisement says they work on electric bikes, which is true, but they won't open up and work on the motor.
I visited the store to buy a bike for my second-century ride to raise funds for Fred Hutch Cancer Center. Isaiah was fantastic! I wasn't sure what I wanted, but he guided me through everything. I am very thankful for the excellent customer service! Thank you!
