It was a "Red Carpet" experience from beginning to end. Old school personal customer service and excellent knowledge from the store Mgr to the staff team. Our bikes were GORGEOUS and the set up and delivery went well above and beyond our wildest expectations! Trek Bikes and the Univetsity Place Trek Bike Shop are worth the visit!
