Your staff is exceptionally well trained and has phenomenal knowledge of products and how to explain the service being provided due to wear issues. Kudos to whoever is responsible for training and customer service! I had a retail shop for 31 years and am quite impressed with the service levels of this staff!

Always fantastic service from these guys. Brought my bike in for the first tune-up years, plus a freewheel replacement. A week later it's like brand new! Pedals smooth as butter and it's back in tip-top shape!
