I was very pleased with my experience at the Trek Bicycle store in UP. Both employees were knowledgeable and helpful in fixing my son's bike and helping us find the right size and type of helmet. Although I didn't catch his name, the male employee provided excellent service!

Isaiah and his crew have been doing a really good job and have my bike running as well as it has since I bought it. I use it a lot all year, so that's very important to me. They also make things right when issues do crop up and I appreciate that. I'd like to specifically thank Avery and Jordan for the good work they do and the quick turnaround on repairs. That only negative I can think of is that they don't seem to ever get new bikes in stock. I've been interested in shopping a Domane, Checkpoint and a higher end FX, like the FX Sport 6 or 5, but I can't remember ever seeing one of those (FX) in stock at the U.P. store. They do have some Domane's and Checkpoints, but not much in the way of variety in colors, groupset configurations or colors. Certain models still seem to be hard to come by. But overall, I'm very pleased with the store.

Took my 20 year old Gary Fischer mountain bike in - hadn't ridden it in quite awhile. I took it into another bike repair shop a couple of years ago to get a flat fixed and after having the bike for 24 hours, they supposedly replaced both tubes. Both tires were flat within 24 hours. It's been sitting since. Finally decided to take it into Trek in University Place and the people there were very nice and very helpful - had it up in the air immediately, gave it a quick inspection - all good - and said they could replace both tubes in 10 minutes. I walked over to Whole Foods and came back in 10-12 minutes. The bike was waiting for me and the price was very reasonable. This was 2 days ago, and I just took it for a quick ride and all is good. Repair was done quickly and well, for a good price, and the people were helpful and nice. Don't know what else you could ask for - I'm a happy man. Fred
