Isaiah helped me pick out the ebike and showed me how it worked when it was ready for pick up. He was very friendly and polite. He seems quite knowledgeable and made the whole process an enjoyable experience. The store was clean and everthing was presented in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Trek Bicycle to anyone looking for an ebike or enjoys bike riding.

I purchased a e bike fx+ 1s with the help of the instant rebate program through the ebikes wdot. I really appreciated Gloria and Isiah help with answering my questions on ebikes. I came in on my day off after being told to check out this location from a rei employee. Isiah welcomed me in and asked what he could help me with. I let him know what I was looking for and how I basically didn't know where to start. He made me that he was very approachable and down to earth. There was no stupid questions and answered everything. Gloria helped me with rider safety and told me how to ride a ebike and what features the fx came equipped with. I was also surprised that this store did same day delivery. Thank you guys for helping me purchase my first e bike, I'm sure I'll be back to buy other accessories.

Gloria was simply perfection. She helped my 8 year old granddaughter feel comfortable on the bike, was patient and kind as we navigated the first ride without training wheels! Her lovely style and low pressure was a relief for me. We got a new bike tested, rigged up and in the back of my mini cooper within an hour. I'll be bringing my husband in next week, to look at a TREK electric bike. I hope Gloria gets a commission, I want to work with her again.

The personal nature of folks, makes staff very easy to relate to. The craziness of Isaiah🤣🤣 prompts a fairly relaxed atmosphere. Have bought a couple of bikes and many accessories from this store and each time they have offered useful suggestions and then performing necessary. Follow through whenever it was necessary to expedite the actual purchase . The only time I purchase didn’t work was during Covid, but that haunted all bike businesses. I’d recommend the store on a heartbeat.!
