I spent a few months researching bikes and was initially looking for a used bike. I found the exact bike I wanted for a great price on the Trek website. When I went to the Trek store in University Place they were so helpful and ordered my bike for me. When it came in they put it together perfectly and delivered it to my house! They spent time with me making sure I knew how to shift correctly and answered all my questions. Then they explained that they will come back to my house and pick it up when it needs a tune up or for any work that needs done. I am thrilled! I am so glad that I bought my bike from Trek. They make owning a bike easy and fun. And I am having so much fun riding the bike to work and around my neighborhood.

Jordan helped me ship two bikes to California and I couldn’t be happier with how easy he made it all come together. Jordan walked me through how to use BikeFlights. I just left the bikes with him and emailed him the shipping labels I got from BikeFlights. He supplied the bike boxes, packed the bikes and dropped them off at UPS, which happened to be next door to the shop. All this for a very reasonable cost. I was dreading getting this done but it all happened very quickly and smoothly. The bikes arrived a few days later and I’m a very satisfied customer.

Ordered a pair of shimano shoes for my boyfriend and it was a super seamless process! They were shipped right to the store- free of charge. I called ahead of time and Vaughn/Vonn (sp*) had my order ready to be picked up before I got there. He and the other associate who helped me order the shoes (maybe Nick?) were super personable and friendly to work with

I have consistently found good quality products that truly last at this bike shop. They usually have everything I need in stock, and when they don't, they are quick to order it for me. From jerseys and bibs to various bike components, everything has held up well over time. Their bike service is top-notch, with a fast turnaround. I recently had my wheelset serviced and was impressed to receive it back the very next day. The staff is excellent; I always feel welcomed in the store. This is where they really excel—they treat everyone with respect and attention. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for both quality products and outstanding service.
