Took my 20 year old Gary Fischer mountain bike in - hadn't ridden it in quite awhile. I took it into another bike repair shop a couple of years ago to get a flat fixed and after having the bike for 24 hours, they supposedly replaced both tubes. Both tires were flat within 24 hours. It's been sitting since. Finally decided to take it into Trek in University Place and the people there were very nice and very helpful - had it up in the air immediately, gave it a quick inspection - all good - and said they could replace both tubes in 10 minutes. I walked over to Whole Foods and came back in 10-12 minutes. The bike was waiting for me and the price was very reasonable. This was 2 days ago, and I just took it for a quick ride and all is good. Repair was done quickly and well, for a good price, and the people were helpful and nice. Don't know what else you could ask for - I'm a happy man.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and attention I received at this Trek location!
Initially, I jumped to conclusions and rated the store as "fair", but now I see that I was wrong. These guys will go an extra mile to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied!
I have brought in my road bike a couple of weeks before Seattle-To-Portland ride to figure out why the shifting was glitching. The intake guy recommended to replace the rear derailleur, which I have done. However, the problem did not go away and my first impression was that I paid the money but did not get the solution I was anitcipating. I rated their services as "fair".
To my surpirse, Isaiah, the manger, followed up with the call a couple of days after the derailleur fix. He was very considerate and suggested to insepect my bike second time. Eventually, Isaiah found the true problem, got it resolved, and went an extra mile preparing my bike for the long ride. The service has been done in time before my ride. My bike looked better than when I got it a few years ago - everything polished, deep cleaned, working like clockwork.
I have just completed the STP 2025 enjoying riding my bike every mile of the route!
Next time, I am definitely bringing my bike for the service to this location! I am sure these guys will not disappoint anyone!

We were customers of Old Town Bike for over thirty years starting in Gig Harbor, and always appreciated their service department. Well, Trek in University Place service is as outstanding as Old Town Bike was. And we will definitely purchase our next bike from you guys.
