Gabe, chief mechanic, had a tough issue to solve with my rear tire install. Tubeless, with inserts as well, not easy at all. He committed to finding a way forward. The tire set-up was perfect. I ran them the next day on a tough gravel course with no issues whatsoever. Fantastic job.

We walked in the store and Wes greeted us. Positive energy and ready to help. It was our first stop to find out about hitch bike racks and from that day on we have become fans. We will drive farther to go to Trek North End because of the service and knowledge. It is intimidating trying to figure out what to buy and what will fit your needs, we ended up with a great bike rack that was perfect. So perfect in fact we told my sister in law and she bought one as well. Thank you for for being kind and explaining everything and treating us with grace and professionalism. Best service EVER! We will be back for all our bike needs.
