Service first…..Travis,Jason,Curtis & Zack, these guys are amazing. If you even are just looking to buy a bike….this is the place to go. North end Tacoma/Ruston. Take the time to go see these 4 guys, I promise you will not find better service anywhere. People buy products from people they like & it would hard not like any of these guys. Just bought second bike in less than a year. I bought a FX 4 sport hybrid from FX 2 hybrid. I just ride in Ruston area so far & these bikes are perfect for enjoying the waterfront, point defiance & Owen’s beach area. Do not wait any longer. They have very affordable bikes to start out too.

There’s been a change in leadership at this branch. I had a great experience with the Bike service. But turnaround time ended up being two days longer than originally estimated but the quality of work made it worthwhile. My bike came back noticeably cleaner and road smoothly after the tuneup. Everything felt dialed in a responsive. I definitely returned for future services.

Curtis helped me, answered my questions about the different bikes. He informed me about bringing the bike back to have any adjustments made after it’s been ridden for a while. The bike is a birthday present for my son. I have been in a few bike shops in recent weeks and it was a much better experience than at the other shops. I’m looking forward to giving the bike to my son on his birthday. Thank you

Zach did a phenomenal job overhauling my Fuji Jari in February 2025 at the North End Tacoma Trek shop. And Travis is a top-rate Shop Manager. Very helpful and personable.
