As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Aven. She was a wealth of knowledge and helped me find the right bike that fit my needs for biking on St George Island. She also helped me choose the correct accessories and installed them for me. I highly recommend the Trek in Tallahassee to anyone who needs a new bike. Ask for Aven she will take great care in finding the perfect bike for you.

I love this store! I've been a Trek guy for life, and this location always takes a good brand experience and elevates it to a whole new level. It's also so wonderful to see so many extremely knowledgeable, talented women working in a bike shop! It's a rarity, and I hope Trek is supporting the store and its employees well enough financially to keep this crew together for a long time! That being said, I was disappointed to learn this store is open on Sundays now. In Tallahassee, our church community is a large part of our culture, and the staff should be given the day to worship. I can't even imagine it being a fiscally responsible move on the company's part, as everyone spends the day focusing on spiritual growth and spending time with family. The cycling community gets out for rides, sure, but other than the odd emergency flat tire, they're not coming in. I really don't see a reason to open the doors, between the cost of keeping the lights on and the crew's (hopefully very good) compensation. And with the store open 7 days a week, they'll have to hire more staff and keep THEM away from their churches and families. Good luck finding someone to sign up for that! So I'll keep visiting this store because it's the best shop in town by far, but not on Sunday. And I'll be praying for the staff, and the Trek company as a whole.

Fabulous service! I was traveling through the area and needed a bent rotor repaired. An hour later, I was good as new and ready to roll. Pleasant staff and a well stocked store.... a cyclists dream. Thank you!!!

Tune-up service had a very fast turn around. Dropped off my road bike for a level 2 tuneup service early on Saturday and received a call Sunday afternoon letting me know it was ready to be picked up. Kaley and Avery are very professional and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend their services!!!

The staff is friendly and competent, which is a rare combination these days. My Domane is such a well-built bike that I don't need repairs often. When I do, however, Kaylee and Avery (sp?) are readily available to listen to my description of the problem. If necessary, they test ride and bench test it; once they make the diagnosis they call nme with what is wrong, how it can be remedied and a ballpark cost. I just had the bike undergo some major repairs and a general checkup. The bike works superbly well and is pleasure to ride once again.
