My Trek bike is of superior quality. I've owned several different named brands of bikes but this Trek bike is by far the best. I recently had a check up service done on my bike and I very pleased with their thoroughness.

I’ve owned at least a half dozen Trek bikes over the years. You can’t go wrong with Trek. Their technology and geometry is always cutting edge. Surprisingly, my current main rig is a Specialized. Regardless, I still take it to Trek for service because the staff and techs are so accommodating and efficient. When other shops are two weeks out, Trek almost always has me back on the trails within days, and on some occasions, the same day. When you love riding, hearing your bike will be down for a couple weeks just doesn’t cut it.

My son and I have purchased several bikes over the past few years and, most recently, two Trek Rails. My bike quickly had chain and rear wheel failures. But, Trek stood behind their product. And, Kaley and Avery’s team made quick repairs with outstanding customer service attitudes.

I like the lineup and variety of products that Trek offers. I always feel happy when leaving because the staff are very friendly and considerate. They never seem like they’re too busy to listen to my concerns. So if looking for a bike or services, definitely check them out.
