Services were fantastic. Katherine assisted me immediately upon arrival and helped me walk out with a new bike! Setup was quick and easy, test ride went well and the price was right. The staff’s knowledge and willingness to work with me as a complete newbie was reassuring and helped me feel comfortable pulling the trigger. 10/10, will return for any future needs.

Another local bike shop in town well known wanted me to leave my bike for a week and a half I took my bike into Kaylee who said she would have it done for me in a day and she delivered also very competitively priced got to love Trek bike shop and the service I received from them
