Kaeley (sp?) has service my Domane for years and she does an excellent job. After installing a new chain and shifter cables several months ago, I experienced shifting problems due to cable stretch twice. Both time she made the adjustment quickly and shifting returned to what it should be. Excellent.

I was very happy to find the bike I was looking for at this location. A friend recommended this store to me after having the same difficulty finding his bike locally. The store associate was awesome! My only regret is on me really for buying my accessories, because I'm not happy with the bike seat I purchased and its too far to return it. I assumed I could return it to any Trek store, but apparently they're independent of each other, so I wish I had purchased it online instead. I usually don't make impulse purchases and this is why.
