I was very happy to find the bike I was looking for at this location. A friend recommended this store to me after having the same difficulty finding his bike locally. The store associate was awesome! My only regret is on me really for buying my accessories, because I'm not happy with the bike seat I purchased and its too far to return it. I assumed I could return it to any Trek store, but apparently they're independent of each other, so I wish I had purchased it online instead. I usually don't make impulse purchases and this is why.

Services were fantastic. Katherine assisted me immediately upon arrival and helped me walk out with a new bike! Setup was quick and easy, test ride went well and the price was right. The staff’s knowledge and willingness to work with me as a complete newbie was reassuring and helped me feel comfortable pulling the trigger. 10/10, will return for any future needs.
