Haley worked extra hard to complete my repairs in the same day. Everything was done perfectly & she is a very knowledgeable & friendly service tech !! Keith was also super helpful & is a very knowledgeable tech as well. Both were very professional, friendly & helpful. A great customer experience. I did miss David Patterson because he was so helpful, friendly & knowledgeable but unfortunately he doesn’t work there anymore. He will be missed but I still had great customer service .

The Trek bikes are excellent. Both my husband and I have a Trek bike. Also important is the way you are treated when you are in the store whether your bike is being serviced or you are buying something. The sales are not high pressure and they work to help you choose the right bike for you. Both Keith and David have gone out of their way to help us and are genuinely nice individuals. I highly recommend Trek Carrollwood

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to offer recommendations. Service by Erik, Ben, and formerly Keith was ALWAYS top notch. Selection is good and what is out of stock can be available in a timely manner. Glad to shop at the South Tampa and Carrollwood stores.

Keith, Hannah, Ben, Haley everyone is so friendly and helpful . I recently purchased two used Trek bikes a Powerfly and Domane+. They have been so helpful with answering my many , many questions, many questions . And even more helpful with troubleshooting and repairing my bike to get me out there riding! Since I started biking more I have been buying all kinds of gear and I’m in the store several times to pick orders or get help with items like Haley putting the cleats on my new shoes . I’m so thankful and grateful that this store is so close to my house but more grateful that the team there is so amazing . Thank you !
