We had a great experience in the Carrollwood shop. Keith helped me and my sons (5 and 3 year old) with their bikes and he was kind and patient with us. The staff got the bike tires switched out very fast and some squeaky training wheels fixed for my youngest! He even helped get the bikes in and out of our parked car which was so appreciated! 10/10 experience. Will be back when it’s time to get new bikes.

Haley worked extra hard to complete my repairs in the same day. Everything was done perfectly & she is a very knowledgeable & friendly service tech !! Keith was also super helpful & is a very knowledgeable tech as well. Both were very professional, friendly & helpful. A great customer experience. I did miss David Patterson because he was so helpful, friendly & knowledgeable but unfortunately he doesn’t work there anymore. He will be missed but I still had great customer service .
