Every time I bring my bike for service, I am taken care of by friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell everyone working are bike enthusiasts. And yet I feel like I’m talking to buddies even though I’m a novice. Pricing for service is also very fair.

David Patterson could not have been more helpful. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He helped me chose the correct size bicycle and let me test ride it. I’m on a charity ride and they were able to fit me in and get my right shifter fixed within one day. Which allowed me to continue on the trip with a fully functional bike.

Trek products have always been outstanding but the service received from the service department (Hanna) reminded me why you go into stores in the first place. She was extremely knowledgeable and totally down to earth about repairs on a non-Trek bike. Totally exceeded all expectations from this visit.

Hannah was so very knowledgeable about all the parts and procedures needed to repair and service my bicycle when I took it in for two flat tires. She made suggestions on maintaining it once I picked up up after the service and repair. She also educated me on several lighting additions which would improve my safety on the bike and allow me to ride more comfortably in inclement weather or dark conditions. I almost didn't recognize my bike when I picked it up because it was so clean!!! Everyone in Trek Carrollwood was helpful and just made such pleasant experiences out of the inoperable bike situation! 12 gold stars!!!
