Hannah was so very knowledgeable about all the parts and procedures needed to repair and service my bicycle when I took it in for two flat tires. She made suggestions on maintaining it once I picked up up after the service and repair. She also educated me on several lighting additions which would improve my safety on the bike and allow me to ride more comfortably in inclement weather or dark conditions. I almost didn't recognize my bike when I picked it up because it was so clean!!! Everyone in Trek Carrollwood was helpful and just made such pleasant experiences out of the inoperable bike situation! 12 gold stars!!!

Keith and the staff are professional and very knowledgeable . Keith analyzed my fit on the bike and adjusted my saddle, which was was a difficult task, on my LOOK frame, to relieve some knee pain. I have used this Bike shop for 30 years with former owners. Best management ever, Jay Dugan, triathlete and former long distance Cyclist.

I brought in a Trek 850 that had been given to me by my father in law and unfortunately was neglected and needed some much needed “TLC” I was not sure what to expect as far as the cost or even the process of getting this bike back in working order but I was pleasantly surprised as to the process and the cost. When called to come pick up the bike after the repairs I was shocked, it was like I was getting a brand new bike!! So happy and I am enjoying getting out and riding with my son. Top notch shop and will be recommending to anyone needing bike repairs
