Excellent customer service. Every time I go there everyone takes the extra time to work with me and answer all my questions. Everyone is more than happy to share their knowledge and teach me about my bike. They always help me pick out the right bike and/or products. I highly recommend them to every one. Trek has a lifetime guarantee on their bikes. I really like that Trek South also offers educational classes on how to perform basic bike maintenance and how to change a flat tire. I plan on buying my next bike from Trek South because of their excellent product and exceptional customer service.
