I liked that I did not need an appointment to get my bike fixed. The repair was fast and resonably priced, I was able to sit in the shop while the bike was getting fixed. Two tires with new innertubes took 10-15 minutes. I liked that I was given the option to wait there or leave the bike threre can get a message when the bike was ready.
