I've always had tremendous customer service at Trek Towson. The staff is top notch, always willing to go beyond what is necessary to make sure that I can walk away with what I need. I especially appreciate the support of the Baltimore Youth Cycling team, which is one of the primary reasons that drove me to the shop, and, in addition to the customer service, one of the reasons I keep coming back. Have now bought two bikes from Trek, and regularly get additional build items there. Strongly recommendation.

My wife and I stopped in to check out some bikes and buy an indoor trainer. As a relative beginner to cycling, I was in need of some guidance, and Kevin was incredibly helpful. He had extensive experience, knowledge, and insight, which made him an excellent resource for my training. Kevin helped me fit for new shoes and pedals, and we had some great conversations while doing so. I feel much better about my upcoming race after meeting Kevin and visiting Trek Towson. Thanks again!

Your service team in Towson was great to me. They took time and effort to help me assess their inventory since I had to drive a ways. They gave me hope that great customer service is not something of the past. I’m 58 years old and have myself worked in sales and service and have seen the noticeable decline in service. The phones are answered , the team members speak clearly, listen well and make sure you are well attended to. I felt as though I was asking them to check on a $1500 part or bike when in actuality it was replacement bearings. You have a long term customer in me.

I brought in three bikes for minor issues. Tyler and Joe fixed two on the spot and had the third completed by the end of the day. They - and Sue - are super knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Can't recommend them enough!
