The team of employees at the Towson store, ALWAYS do a great job for me. I help out a friend who has a bike, and he is real hard on a bike. Real hard. They always take the bike in, fix it, and get it back in a timely manner. They have helped with him chose some needed accessories , and TOOK THE TIME to actually help. They didn't just try and sell something. Great job, every time, over years.

You have a great team of people at the Towson Trek. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received great service—and very prompt service—replacing my tires. It is a nice place to stop and browse the merchandise. Love the popcorn, but your best lure is the team of employees you’ve assembled!
