I just had my bike serviced for this year's riding season. The people and the service were wonderful. They were very clear about what they recommended and when the bike would be ready. I have always used Race Pace and was happy that Trek has continued to provide honest, talented, and friendly technical staff - always willing to discuss my concerns. I have recommended your store to several friends and they are always more than satisfied with their experience.

In general I find Trek bikes reliable and durable. Repair at the local shop has been good, although for the latest visit's efficacy I can't speak as I haven't ridden the bike yet.
