Great experience, very helpful staff. Jeanine helped us fit out 2 Marlin bikes for my teenage kids. Polite and knowledgeable she walked them both through fitting, test rides, accessories, etc. The large bike was available which we took with us, and they had to build the small bike for my other kid. We were on a time crunch for an upcoming trip, and I was pleased that they got the second bike built in roughly 48hrs, well before we needed it. Overall, I would recommend and funny enough, I came back to pick up the second bike and ended up purchasing a third one for myself.

You offer excellent advice along with an extensive inventory of parts. My mechanic showed me the trick for rebuilding a 30+ year old pair of Dia-Comp brake levers, at no charge, even though I offered to pay. Can't beat service like that. Good prices too. The brake cables cost a dollar less than I would pay online, and no waiting for delivery. I'll be back! Bill

Have only been by a few times to the Towson, MD store. Very helpful staff for finding bike shorts for my daughter and knowledgable for talking through seat and handlebar adjustment options on my bike. Has a large selection of Trek bikes on display. Plan on coming back for maintenance.
