The Trek store had great inventory, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Delivery of my bike from another store was easily arranged by one associate, and another helped load the bike into my car the day I picked it up. The bikes was certainly pricier than what I could have paid elsewhere, but the customer service and quality are worth it.

Excellent work performed on my bike and on time as scheduled. This included new tires front and rear, new brake pads front and rear, new chain, new bar tape, total clean. Bike performed very well during 50 mile ride. Would not hesitate to return for future service. Thank you Sean and technician staff at Trek Towson.
