Although I don't own a Trek bike, I think they are as good as anything out there and the customer service is excellent! I had a mix up on an online order that I was trying to cancel. I talked with someone at the Tukwilla store that didn't follow through and the order shipped. I wrote a less than favorable review because of it and the manager called me a couple days later to see what she could do to make it right. You don't normally see that kind of customer service anymore. Most big companies couldn't care less what you think as long as the bottom line is good and they are making money. I've ordered a few things from Trek in the last few months, and their prices are usually quite competitive and sometimes they offer some exceptional deals. I have dealt with the University Place store several times, and the customer service there is very good also. They actually seem to care about their customers and have always been quite helpful.
As I said, I don't own a Trek bike, but they will definitely be on my radar for my next purchase!
Michael was very helpful and fixed my tire right away. He also helped me assess damage to my bike as it had fallen off my rack. He also checked my shifters for no charge and gave me additional Velcro straps to make sure the bike was secure. Everyone is in the shop was friendly and helpful.
Trekhas very professional and caring employees who are very knowledgeable about their products. they will help you choose the correct products for you.
Good selection of bicycles, not so much clothing or accessories. Technicians seem very qualified, wait time seems a bit excessive.
Horrible concrete floors in the the Tukwila, WA. store, walking in cleats is life threatening. Just place a strip of carpet or something down so I can walk my bike back to the service area.
My bike needed $600 dollars of tune-up/work after just two years and about 1500 miles. Seemed like maybe extra work, maybe ideal, maybe not necessary.
Excellent service when I was buying the bike tho.
As someone who is new to cycling, I appreciate all the helpful information that Kimberly provided around the sport and the gear in general in addition to helping me purchase my first Bike. She was great.
Coming into Trek in Tukwila is always amazing. Am I paying the lowest possible price for bicycles & services? No.
Do I always get super helpful staff members, great advice, amazing products & services done on my bikes. Also, absolutely yes. It's worth every penny I spend here. Great company, great people.
I had some repairs and maintenance done on my road bike and it went well. The cost was reasonable and the repairs were successful. The staff was knowledgeable and professional.
