Where to begin?! From the moment I entered the store I felt welcomed and comfortable. The shop smells good, the floor is clean, everything is tidy and the customer amenities truly made this a luxurious experience. I wasn’t walking into another grease shop, I wasn’t met with judgmental looks. I was able to ask Kim anything and everything. She understood exactly what I needed and made the whole process easy! Can’t wait to come back.
I went there to pick up my bicycle, and the first thing I noticed was how amazing the store smelled! I was warmly greeted by Kim, who provided exceptional customer service. She explained everything clearly, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and made sure I had everything I needed.
I finally feel like I’ve found a place that truly knows their stuff. The customer service is a solid 20/10. The store is clean, well-organized (my OCD didn’t even flinch!), and overall just a pleasant place to be. Oh, and I love my bike!

Kim was knowledgeable, helping by phone several times as well as in person when I went to the Tukwilla store. She set up several bikes for me to test ride and installed accessories on the bike I chose. I love my new bike!

My family and I have had our bikes maintained at the Trek Tukwila branch for years. We have always received outstanding service and advice with no pressure to sell us something that we did not need. I recently took my wife's bike in. It had been shifting erratically. Alex (Trek regional manager) happened to be working in the store that day. He jumped on the bike, took it for a ride and identified the problem within minutes. I highly recommend these folks for any of you biking needs.
