The people at the store. Kim, Michael and the service tech staff are awesome. They take the time to answer all questions and help you find what you need all the time.
Michael was super knowledgeable and personable. He was really intentional about finding out the customers needs and meeting those with the right product. He asked really great questions upfront and took notes to be reminded of what we were looking for. He was accommodating to showing us different options in our price range, adjusting the bike for the test ride. As a first time bike buyer I trusted Michael had my best interest at heart!
