My family and I have had our bikes maintained at the Trek Tukwila branch for years. We have always received outstanding service and advice with no pressure to sell us something that we did not need. I recently took my wife's bike in. It had been shifting erratically. Alex (Trek regional manager) happened to be working in the store that day. He jumped on the bike, took it for a ride and identified the problem within minutes. I highly recommend these folks for any of you biking needs.

The service I receive every time is welcoming and helpful. The space in the store is utilized well, I think the space is small for the extras, clothing and tools/parts for DIY repairs. All in all it is a place I like to visit.

We had a flat tire and my son and I came in and your service technician took care of it right away and even did it out front and showed my son each step which was amazing now my 8 year of feels confident he can switch out a tube on his own. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. His next bike will be a trek for sure.

Umm I like buying things and when I pay money I also get to keep them especially when I pick the items out. Ambience is nice, I wish maybe there was a mascot or something that made it separate from the other bike stores, this kinda just feel like I’m going in to buy something for my bike… not with it…

The manager of the Tukwila store, Kimberly Gonzalez, went above and beyond to ensure my wife felt 100% confident in selecting, fitting, and understanding the nuances of her new ride. She dedicated an entire afternoon to patiently working with my wife, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and an ability to recognize her specific needs. Without Kimberly’s expertise and encouragement, I don’t think my wife would have had the confidence needed to move forward with the purchase. Thanks to her efforts, we’re excited to embark on a new chapter filled with exercise, adventure, and new opportunities to enrich our lives. We are truly grateful for Kimberly’s outstanding service and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier guidance and support when purchasing a bike.
