Good selection of bicycles, not so much clothing or accessories. Technicians seem very qualified, wait time seems a bit excessive. Horrible concrete floors in the the Tukwila, WA. store, walking in cleats is life threatening. Just place a strip of carpet or something down so I can walk my bike back to the service area. My bike needed $600 dollars of tune-up/work after just two years and about 1500 miles. Seemed like maybe extra work, maybe ideal, maybe not necessary. Excellent service when I was buying the bike tho.

Coming into Trek in Tukwila is always amazing. Am I paying the lowest possible price for bicycles & services? No. Do I always get super helpful staff members, great advice, amazing products & services done on my bikes. Also, absolutely yes. It's worth every penny I spend here. Great company, great people.
