Umm I like buying things and when I pay money I also get to keep them especially when I pick the items out. Ambience is nice, I wish maybe there was a mascot or something that made it separate from the other bike stores, this kinda just feel like I’m going in to buy something for my bike… not with it…
I recently purchased a bike for my wife, who just turned 70. While she’s athletic and active, we know we’re no "spring chickens." The manager of the Tukwila store, Kimberly Gonzalez, went above and beyond to ensure my wife felt 100% confident in selecting, fitting, and understanding the nuances of her new ride. She dedicated an entire afternoon to patiently working with my wife, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and an ability to recognize her specific needs.
Without Kimberly’s expertise and encouragement, I don’t think my wife would have had the confidence needed to move forward with the purchase. Thanks to her efforts, we’re excited to embark on a new chapter filled with exercise, adventure, and new opportunities to enrich our lives. We are truly grateful for Kimberly’s outstanding service and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier guidance and support when purchasing a bike.
Products are worth the cost, customer service is topnotch. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner, in person or otherwise professionally. You can’t go wrong with Trek!
The people at the store. Kim, Michael and the service tech staff are awesome. They take the time to answer all questions and help you find what you need all the time.
