The staff and manager are super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Their service team are amazing. I have over 40k on my 2011 Madone and 10k on my 2023 Checkpoint. Between these two bikes I've had some of the best adventures of my life.

services were impecable, had to do a exchange on shoes and it all went flalless, the only thing I would ad is a wide variety off mid end inventory. there is a ton of entry level mtb and one off each highend but not any mid level, wich forced me to buy my treck top fuel from a different store. other than that. store was very nice.

Such an amazing experience overall. From easy online ordering, status updates on the availability of the bike and the staff. I think it was Ricky, and he was awesome. He was super helpful and made sure my son had the right bike setup and accessories. He capped things off with the certificate, stickers and a little guide book. My son was just amazed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this location and I'll be back for future bikes as my kids grow.
