I’m really happy with the service and the staff. Everyone was so patient and professional. Even though we got there close to closing time, they still made sure we got our bike and took the time to explain everything in detail. Ricky even helped us fit the bike into our car, which we really appreciated.

I was confused navigating the website about the differences and choices between the many bikes available. Going into the Vaughan store and speaking with Antonio, I was able to quickly understand the differences, make a selection, and walk out with bicycles for me and my wife. I never felt pressured and I was supported the entire journey to choosing a bicycle suitable for me. I was also pleased to visit the next day for a quick inspection when I had questions.

The service was fantastic. I was checked out by the most delightful and friendly fella. Sorry I did not get his name, but he is Asian. He has such a lovely personality and was so kind and professional. He is such a credit the organization. Again, I’m really sad I don’t have his name as he is worthy of great praise. I would come back to that store and deal only with him and purchase a new bike any day of the week.

Did my reserch and found that the reviews were high on your products. Liked the fact that there is a no questions 30 day return policy. Would like to point out that going to the Vaughan store, Julissa on Sunday June 15th sealled the deal. She listened and helped me without hesitation. She made me feel important and that is why I would recommend anyone to this store.

The store, in general, is really nice and very well put. Though, I think having all the accessories on one side of the store would be better but overall it was a good experience to see. The staff is very welcoming and has good teamwork.
