We had an amazing experience at Trek Vaughan! Antonio helped set up my son’s new bike perfectly, creating a truly unforgettable memory for us. He took the time to make sure everything was just right and even helped me mount the bike securely on our car rack. His kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend Trek Vaughan and especially Antonio!

Trek Vaughan is great. Customer service is their first priority. Bought a pair of road shoes some time ago, used shoes for the first time recently and Trek refunded the shoes no questions asked due to foot discomfort. They are always ready to help with any questions. There is a closer Trek store to me but the guys at Trek Vaughan know their stuff. Thanks Ricky, Peter and Joe.

Antonio was an excellent sales rep. I could tell he loves bike riding and rides on a regular basis. He was very informative.
I purchased the bike he recommended and I love it. I have been riding it every morning since I bought it home.
I will be upgrading to an electric bike in the future. I plan to ask for Antonio.

Kyle was very helpful when my girlfriend and i visited the Trek Vaughan location. We walked in without much knowledge of what we really wanted but with his knowledge of the products carried, and bikes in general, he helped my girlfriend and i choose bikes that fit our needs. Although the bikes we wanted were not readily available at this location, he was able to look up which stores had the specific bike we wanted. Overall he made the experience enjoyable for us first time bike owners!
