EVERYTHING! My first "real" road bike was a TREK, and just as week I was looking for something more advanced and with pedal-assist, I knew what store to go to. I had a metric century event that I was hoping to better enjoy the ride, with a new bike, just days away and was AMAZED that their staff, Mario in particular, ordered it, called me when it arrived, had it assembled and ready to "fit" me by mid-afternoon on the day before my Saturday event!!!! I took it for a spin in the lot and then headed for Solvang - Whew! Mario is such a professional and wonderful person as well. Their products and services have always won me over - they work as a team and greet me whenever I stop by. Excellent customer service and they go that extra mile to make certain the customer is satisfied. Very pleased with my new bike, and I totally enjoyed my ride every 70.1 miles of the way!
