The quality of the Trek bikes and parts is unmatched. But what really makes me want to return to Trek in Ventura is the service. The associates who helped me were nothing short of truly exceptional! I'm sorry I don't know all their names. Joseph helped me on the phone, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. When I came in the store a young lady helped me, and a young man in service helped me. All three of them were amazing, friendly, and kind. It is excellent service like this that .makes me want to return and support Trek Ventura! Thank you, keep up the incredible work!

Sales staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating re: customers individual needs re: type of bike, bike portability, etc. service staff are skilled, friendly, and willing to make any adjustments necessary for ideal ride experience. Trek products are highest in quality, and durability.

I called and then stopped by and was greeted warmly by zack! He not only checked the tension on my chain, but cleaned and re-lubed it! I really appreciate his attention to detail and his kindness!

Went in for tubles and rim strips for my wheel which was popping tubes due to exposed spoke nipples. They weren't on display or self-serve, which was annoying. However, the associate who freed up and ended up helping me was pretty friendly, knowledgeable, and able to get me on my way. I deducted a point because if I could just walk in, grab what I knew I needed, paid, and left, then it would have been faster and easier for me. But the employee who eventually came was very pleasant to work with so the overall experience was fine.
