The staff is pretty chill, never had the feeling I didn’t belong or the staff was unapproachable. Just recently started going to the storefront a lot recently and they’ve always immediately address you by greeting. Whenever you have any questions they always got an answer, idk the guys name but shout out the guy for always helping me.

Great service. I ordered my bike online and had trek bikes in Ventura assemble it. It was a seamless process and they even installed a kickstand for me very quickly before taking it home. Staff is nice and the store great!

The staff at Ventura Trek are amazing. They helped us pick the perfect size up bike and trade in our little girls old one. They are also great at repairs, with two kids our bikes go through a lot. The employees are always so kind to our little boy, who is quite the character but LOVES his trek bike. He is also on his second and I’m sure he’s a trek boy for life. Bike riding has helped him gain confidence and stay active, and most of all be outside where a kid should be!

Went in during my lunch break with a general idea of what I was looking for. The staff was super helpful and got me set up quickly. I was able to test ride a couple of bikes, which really helped me decide. Ended up choosing the one that felt best for me.
