The staff at Ventura Trek are amazing. They helped us pick the perfect size up bike and trade in our little girls old one. They are also great at repairs, with two kids our bikes go through a lot. The employees are always so kind to our little boy, who is quite the character but LOVES his trek bike. He is also on his second and I’m sure he’s a trek boy for life. Bike riding has helped him gain confidence and stay active, and most of all be outside where a kid should be!

Went in during my lunch break with a general idea of what I was looking for. The staff was super helpful and got me set up quickly. I was able to test ride a couple of bikes, which really helped me decide. Ended up choosing the one that felt best for me. Overall, I’m completely satisfied with the experience—great service and smooth process!

Trek Ventura experience was seamless. They did not have in stock what I wanted, but located it across the country and had it sent within a week from another Trek store. I needed a specific size and desired a specific color that was no longer produced. Mario went above and beyond to locate 4 that were available in the country from other stores. The store manager was gracious enough to call and say that they had it transferred to Ventura for me. Mario handled from initial contact with me in the store, to order and delivery like a true salesperson. However, he is better because he was honest and willing to help the entire way. Wonderful experience, you have a great store and team there.
