Trek makes quality bikes and the service is second to none! I have ridden Trek bicycles for almost three decades. I currently own three Trek mountain bikes and they are amazing. The service is receive when purchasing parts or getting service is exceptional!

During Covid I began cycling. Mark gave me the guidance and shared his expertise to help me select the right bike. He didn’t pressure me to buy. Since then, I’ve had the bike serviced several times. I have about 5,000 miles on it. All of the service has been quick, professional, reasonably priced and I’ve been very pleased. I brought my bike in a month ago for level 2 service. I met with Ben and he took a lot of time explaining what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and the importance of doing so. I took his advice as I had total confidence in him and I believed everything he said. He was right - the bike now performs better than new but now I’m experienced enough and comfortable enough with the bike to truly appreciate what a great bike it is. Lane and Ben worked on the bike, kept me informed of the status (delivery of parts) and the bike was ready as promised. It’s a pleasure to work with people with honor and integrity.

Ben is a very good mechanic and always takes great care with my bikes. My bikes come out of service in perfect condition, like new.

I came into the store as was welcomed by friendly staff. As a newcomer to cycling, the thought of going into a bike shop was pretty intimidating, but the staff were super nice and answered all my questions. Definitely calmed my nerves and made me feel good about my purchase.

I’ve been helped by several Trek Ventura employees. Joseph, Mario, Mark, Ben, and others They’ve all been very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. It’s due to their help I’ve purchased 4 bikes (first-2 Verve 3s, and then after a house fire 2 Powerflys). Losing my first 2 Treks was disheartening. Trek Ventura eased my pain. I’ll be buying new verves soon.
