Everyone in the store is super friendly and knowledgeable about bikes and all things cycling. I brought in two of my bikes for service, and they took care of both with no issues. Ben and Mario were especially helpful — they answered all my questions and assisted me with ordering the extra parts I needed. Great experience overall!

Employee at the counter (Mario? ... his name started with M) went well beyond my expectations by calling other shops to search for for an out of stock item (Shimano hydraulic brake oil). Found it at the Newbury Park shop (the Camarillo location).
