My experience at Trek Bicycle Verona was great. It began with a phone call to inquiry about possible service to my son's e-bike. The store clerk, who I later met, Kevin, was warm and welcoming and helpful with my inquiries. Upon my arrival, the service was fast, and he explained thoroughly the issues that may have occurred and the resolution. I received the bike back in a timely fashion and with courtesy. I would recommend the shop to others.

Kevin did a very nice job taking care of me. He could have sold me a 58” bike but got a 56” in for me which I definitely preferred. Also was able to trade in my old bike and he removed what he could from it. I will definitely be back…. Great job and nice personal touch. I lost a piece of my bike rack and Kevin did his best to look for it and called me back the next day. He really cared about me…
