you guys carried nice products and the staff was very helpful sizing and explaining which helmets to get. Products were nice and not expensive at all. Overall, it was a great experience shopping there and the staff was great.

I feel like I can walk into the shop and talk with a knowledgable person about what I am looking for. I feel no pressure to purchase anything until I am ready. I recenly ordered a bike rack for my car. After I ordered it I decided it was not the right rack for me and without any hesitation the orginal order was cancelled and the new rack ordered. The person who put it on my car was helpful and patient as I practiced hitching it on myself.

Trek's service department did a great job servicing my Trek Emonda ALR4. I was very happy with the way my bike rides now, and they had it ready for return ahead of schedule. No issues with the service charge, either! I'll definitely consider going back there for my service needs.
