I recently purchased a new trek to replace my aging road/tri bicycle. Alec was super helpful, knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like he was trying to push the sale. It was stress free. I also purchased new pedals and chose the wrong type for new shoes I had at home. I brought the bike back and without questions he switched me out and sent me on my way.
