This is an extremely well-managed store where everybody is friendly and available. They were able to fix an issue that popped up as I was riding, and they identified the problem with the brand new bike super quick. There is no way that I would have figured this out on my own, given the fact that this is a carbon gravel e-bike. Imagine that two mechanics jumped on this immediately and said that these were motor mounts that weren't torqued correctly by the factory.

The bike mechanic was very accommodating when I needed a bike serviced on very short notice for 50 miler and the shop had a two week backlog on tune-ups. He inspected the bike which is 25 years old and hasn’t been ridden in a decade, changed the tubes and seat while we waited. Excellent customer service.
