I walked in without an appoiuntment and was immediately greeted and directed where to go. The servcice dept. did a quick evaluation, gave me an honest estimate of finish date and price and sent me on my way. Pick Up and check out was easy. Can't wait to hit the trails again! Anne

Great experience. My son's rear tire was flat and I brought it into the store. They said it needed a new tube and would take 15 minutes to fix. I returned after 30 minutes and it was completed at a cost of $38. They put additional air in the front tire. Couldn't be happier!

The staff (Aziz) was incredibly helpful. I'm a novice and was not made to feel like an idiot. He made my questions seem relevant and helped me through the whole sale even though it was not a big one.
