Outstanding customer service and product! We are on a trip out of state and our bike rack isn’t cutting it, think clinging bikes which is causing damage! We called Trek in Waco, since it was the next town, to see if they had a 4 bike platform style bike rack for the hitch and they did! We got there right at closing and they had already put it together. Ralph and the other young man (Preston maybe?) went above and beyond. They showed us the ins and outs of the this awesome bike rack and were truly amazing, they even helped set everything up and load up our bikes to make sure they were secured and we knew how to use it!
