Really well informed sales staff helped me tremendously to choose the right bike for me. Then they went the extra mile to make sure the bike was in perfect condition before I took it home, and found that there was a problem with the frame. They quickly found the same bike at another shop and had it delivered to their shop within days! Excellent communication and customer service!!

It was a quick service. In and out. My only complaint is there is not a welcome, I'll be right with you when you walk in. Other then that. It's a nice, clean store. You probably can find any and everything you need.

While I've never owned a Trek bicycle I have purchased parts and other items sold by the Trek shop in Waldorf to enjoy the MTN bike hobby. The store has an excellent vibe and the ownership and employees both provide an excellent bike shop experience that is not always easy to find. This is a great place to go to get advice, buy much needed equipment, and get a new bike if you are the market.
