I am really enjoying my FX+1S! I do have some concerns about the quality of the motor or battery. I haven't had the issue, but I friend purchased a Dual Sport LT on Father's Day and the bike is already in the shop. We won't know what the issue is until tomorrow as that's when the electrical person will be able to look at it. I haven't had a chance to look at warranty info on my ebike, but I am enjoying every moment. I just hope if something goes wrong, there will be a hassle free resolution.
Today was a much better experience! I went to pick up a saddle for my bicycle and actually had my butt print/pressure taken for the best comfort. Didn't know that was a thing!! They swap out the saddle in no time at all! Today was more like the experience I expected from a company like Trek. Thanks again!!
You staff is very friendly and helpful. I brought my bike in for a repair and they fixed it right away while I waited. While the repair was being done, I had questions about possible alterations to my bike and your service person had all the right answers and was able to give me the estimate for those alterations on the spot. It was a very good experience.
