We're relatively new to biking and I appreciate their expertise and willingness to help. We loved out first Trek ebikes but outgrew the battery. We just dropped those off for Level 2 service and picked up our new Trek ebikes. We appreciated the honesty and help from the service department. We wanted to put on better/offroad tires on the old bikes and they were a great help. Mike was a great help in picking out our new ebikes. We thought we wanted mountain ebikes but LOVE the bikes Mike helped us pick.
