I went in looking for a bike rack because the bike my grandson has doesn’t have a kickstand. They said you could buy that for $60 or buy a kickstand for $15! I felt like they didn’t try to take advantage and even showed me where it would go on the bike. As soon as I walked in they were ready to help and very friendly.
The man and women we worked with were super nice and knowledgeable. They were really nice to my son and explained everything regarding the kids bikes. My son got to test the bike out before we purchased it. Once we purchased the bike the women getting his bike ready to go was nice and explained everything to my son a out his bike. This was a great experience.
When I call with a question I always get a knowledgeable response. Recently brought my bike in with a Di2 problem and the part to fix it was on hand so took my bike home, fixed, the same day.
I walked in to have brake cable repaired. She replaced my brake cable in 5 minutes. I was expecting to leave my bike that was not the case. I was VERY happy with the service that was provided.
The sales staff is very helpful and took time to explain things I’m not so knowledgeable about. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I bought a new bicycle and all the necessary accessories a beginner rider should need to keep safe on the roads and paths.
I asked for a Level One maintenance for my bicycle. After an inspection I was told that it could be completed same day. I was notified that it was ready to pick up later that afternoon.

The store could use some inventory of accessories. I don’t know if it’s just the in between the season time or the tariffs but as of right now don’t expect to swing by to pick up something, they will probably have to order it for you.
