I am beginner for trail bicycle.
However he explained to me very detailed and kindly.
I tried two type of bicycle and he explained the difference of two.
I could rely on him perfectly and decided to purchase my bicycle.
And he told me helmet and light for safety and some accessories.
It was really good experience me.

First…My wife & I were out cycling when her tire went flat…late in the day on a trail. We had never been to this Trek store (nor ever purchased a Trek bike). However, a call to the store, which was not far from the trail, revealed they were open 7 days a week and an hour before closing were happy to repair the flat. The store was beautiful, very well stocked, with knowledgeable reps on the floor happy to answer questions and show off the products. While the shop did the repair, I looked over this nice selection of bikes…thinking it might be the perfect Mother’s Day gift for my wife, who, having had 2 hip surgeries in the past 9 months just got back on the bike that very day for the first time. To make a long story longer, I brought her to the store today (next day), where we were patiently shown bikes, test rode them, and were serviced by a patient and very knowledgeable sales rep (Luke B). We’re a cycling family. For the first time in 30+ years of cycling and purchasing bikes we bought a Trek. We’re looking forward to making this bike shop ‘our own’ for new purchases and service. A terrific experience both from the service as well as sales departments.

Owen & Cal were both very helpful with my bike purchase. I had wanted a Trek for a long time, and my experience was easy and fun! Owen helped me decide which model was right for what I wanted to do, and Cal made sure I was happy with my bike when it came in. The technician was fast and efficient in adding my optional equipment, and even helped me load it in my car so I didn’t scratch it! Great experience!

You had the part I needed in stock. A 14” x 2.125” tube for my ebike. Talked a little about why it didn’t hold air and what to look for the install. (I’ve done it before) but, was nice talking to him. I did call to make sure it was in stock. Friendly atmosphere. I hope one day to step up to a Trek E-bike. Moneys too tight now.

Personal treatment by a subject matter expert, no matter who you are dealing with. The entire staff is superb.
The SME who lead me through the process is Stephen. He did me really solid.
Then of course is the TREK product line. There are lots of high quality bicycles. I prefer TREK. I have never been disappointed.
