This is my first REAL bike purchase. The employees (Jackson) was very helpful. Recommended items that I would need, even though I thought it was to much, I really appreciate his help because after my first ride today, the items were used 😁. The products are high quality with awesome warranties, either with the Trek company directly or the folks in the store, who are always happily willing to help you out. I j'adore the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the Trek - Walled Lake store, and have for years; approachable and generally upbeat, not pushy, glad to answer any questions, or even just glad to chat about biking adventures or your nephew's favorite colors for his bottle cage :) During this particular purchase, our sales associate was all of the above and just about the nicest person I've encountered in a while. I'm so glad he was able to assist my sister and I in picking out my nephew's new "big boy bike" (he's now six! and ready for gear shifters and hand breaks!) - which I should add he absolutely LOVES and almost tried hopping on without shoes and helmet, yesterday! Thank you, we will all absolutely be back for future service and purchases!

I enjoyed your customer service overall from the day of drop off to the day of pickup of my bike. Cal was great at drop off and Owen I believe at pick up. Cal was very knowledgeable of the products when I inquired about a bicycle pump and bell.
