⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Trek Store in Walled Lake is the best! Their team has been so helpful over the past year as my son and I have gotten more into biking. We’ve not only bought bikes here, but they’ve also helped us through plenty of repairs (my son’s still mastering mountain biking and takes his fair share of spills 😅). Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient — they always take the time to explain things and make sure we’re set up right. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Just got mine and my wife’s bikes tuned up. CAL always remember your name and says hello when you arrive. Jordan does a really nice job with Service. I would definitely recommend them for new bikes or for service.

I recently had an excellent interaction with the Store Manager Cal. He took time to understand and listen to my concerns when a visit did not go as expected. The store goes out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. When I called into the store to change an order I had placed, the employees were very personable and made the transaction easy. Travelling to this store is a bit of a "Trek" for me (pun intended), however the latest interaction I had makes the journey absolutely worth it. Fortunately they are right nearby a few of my favorite trails so I highly recommend stopping in and supporting Trek Bicycle in Walled lake!
