There are closer bike shops but I prefer Trek Bicycle Walled Lake and Pontiac. Staff have always been happy to help. Prices for service and parts are fair. It genuinely feels like they enjoy keeping customers riding bikes and that awesome.

I love my Trek Farley 5s. I have 3 of them! They are very cool and fun to ride. The service is great also. The service people are very competent and friendly. They explain what needs to be done and are very patient with me, since I have a lot of difficulty understanding mechanical concepts. They answer my dumb questions without laughing at me. I feel so welcome when I come here.

I came in to pick up my TREK bike for a 1 year free check up. I was greeted by Drew, He was so AWESOME! They only took 3 days to do what needed to be done (had some issues with the tires and the breaks were rubbing) The tires were under warranty and they were replaced. I was telling him that I didn't know how to change a tire and he took time out to show me how to change one! He also suggested that I buy a tire kit which included an inner tube, a tiny pump & a small bag that fit perfectly under my seat, which I did. I really appreciate all his help and he was super nice!
