Recently used Trek Walled Lake (TWL) for maintenance on my Trek road bike. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. The replacement parts they recommended worked fine. Shortly after picking my bike up from TWL I completed a century ride on it. So everything worked great.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that got me onto a bike that checked all the boxes. Told Cal what I was looking for and he immediately pulled a bike off the rack, commenting "I knew what you'd want just looking at you." Got it in one: After a test ride out back I was sold. They held it for me overnight so I could "sleep on it," but I think both of us knew I'd be back for it for sure :) Jordan did a top-notch job installing the pedals and accessories. They say at the store they want to put you on a bike you'll love. Well, I'm lovin' the bike they put me on!

Great selection of bikes for all ages… Excellent quality and prices! Had a great experience with the sales people and the delivery process. They were very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We haven’t purchased new bikes in many many years, but sales guys at Trek helped lead us in the right direction… we couldn’t be more satisfied !
