She was patient & kind, while being knowledgeable and positive about trek products and its business philosophy and mission; she was generous with her time and attention to ensure that we got the right bike, at the right time, with the right accessories for us to have a grand adventures in retirement. Helpful and friendly staff. I was able to try out the bike. They knew I was beginning and they didn't try to push expensive gear. They asked and I said I am not sure how committed I am to this hobby yet and they pointed me to just the basic add-ons.

So pleased with the service, quick turnaround and kind/professional staff. My kiddo’s bike needed a few repairs (new chain, brake repair & a tire fix) - all done so fast and at a reasonable price. Already telling my friends & family to send their bikes to Trek for service, it was a great experience and soooo easy, just brought it right in & it was ready the next day!
