I brought my bike into the shop to get a tuneup, but I had a feeling it was going to need some work. It turned out the work was extensive and I was able to purchase a new bike for just about $100 more than it would have cost me to repair my old bike. I always love going the shop, everyone is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
I was prepared to purchase the same bike at a different RI Trek location but unfortunately was very turned off by the staff person. I said forget the bike and I would go to a different store. I went to Warwick and Phoebe the store manager was wonderful!!! She made all the difference in my experience and I gladly made the purchase with her. I can’t speak highly enough for her service. Thank you for showing what customer service should be like!
Brought my bike in for its annual check up. It only took about 5 days to check the bike and fix the areas that needed to be serviced. I've been getting service and repairs for all 6 yrs now and I have never been dissatisfied. My bike always leaves the shop in a better condition. I always get a honest assessment and I trust the sales/repair employees. I've never had a problem with the outcome and products used on my bike.

I had a great experience at the Trek store in Warwick. I visited the store to purchase a new pair of mountain bike shoes. This was hands down the best shopping experience.The staff took their time to listen to my concerns and get me the best shoes for my budget with the greatest value.
