The staff are so helpful! I brought my trike in to get a flat tire fixed, and the guy who helped me just stopped what he was working on and fixed my tire. I didn't get his name, but it only took about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Trek to everyone. I have also bought a bike helmet, a pack that hangs on my seat, and a flag for the back of my trike ( my trike is a recumbent so it's low to the ground. The flag is for visibility. )

I ordered a bike rack adapter that was much better quality than Amazon ! Great service by Phoebee.! It was there the next day and I brought my bike back the next day with a bent fender. Phoebee fixed it in one minute. I am amazed at the friendly helpful employees that have helped me over the last few years. Thank you to all!
