Friendly, knowledgeable service without pressure. Brought an old, neglected bike in that was a good brand but needed a lot of work. Got a repair estimate on the spot and found that I could get a new bike for around $100 more than it would cost to repair the old one. With all newer features like disc brakes, I couldn’t resist upgrading.

Mike was so kind to us through our process of tuning up our very old Trek bikes. He was honest with cost and the parts needed. He also called to update us as the process was taking place. We only had to wait two weeks for our bikes to be fixed and when we got them back, we were pleasantly surprised at their transformation. The staff at Trek are so nice and personable. We’ll definitely be back for any future needs!
