The amount of customer service that came with the bike. The instructions were well provided. The amount of care. My bicycle was scratched on the left brake. It rides well. Thanks for the test ride. The amount of the ability to register the bike so many different places. The bike can be insured. My first Trek at a decent price plus the discounts stayed within my budget. The new challenge is to actually repair the bike on my own. The amount of warranty and how to maintain the bike.
