Everyone at Trek Georgetown has always been super helpful. When I recently got my bike stolen, they helped me re-order the previous setup I had and got me back up and running in no time. Chris and the entire team there are all fantastic. Highly recommend!

I've gotten to know Chris the manager, over the years - through the trials and tribulations encountered with my old trek. And nice to have a shop I can trust with any bike I've got now including my Lauf.. Great staff - They know what they are doing.

Great Service. Bought a new heavy duty rear rim for my e-bike … was asked if I could wait 10 minutes to swap the sprocket assembly — I said “Sure!’ ( I figured I was going to leave and return the following week when it was finished.) To my further surprise, the sprocket swap was included in the purchase of the wheel! (I was expecting to pay $50+ for the swap.0 The whole experience was just great. Keep up the great work.
