Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team! Thanks

Dean was great - friendly, knowledgeable, patient and engaging with the kids and helped us get the new bike to the car to make sure it would fit. Great experience

I love trek bikes, but I love Trek customer service and bike shop service even more. I feel like I’m at my neighborhood bike store. I always get professional, reliable service and feel valued as a person first and then as a customer. My Trek store is not super close to my home, but it’s worth the drive.

I recently visited the Trek Bicycle shop due to an issue with my bike’s gear set, and I must say the experience was outstanding. Mr. Alex attended to my concern with great patience and professionalism. He carefully listened to the issue and resolved it within just a few minutes by replacing the faulty part. I was truly impressed by his efficiency, expertise, and courteous approach. It’s rare to find such prompt and customer-focused service. I had a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend Trek Bicycle shop to all cycling enthusiasts looking for reliable and excellent service.

People are niiiice Woo wa wee wa

They remember your name, bike, and flex their services when then they can (and that's after several months away!). They're the best and feel like your "friendly neighborhood" bike store.

Great staff, helpful and friendly.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, happy to help but also gave me time to look around.

Convenient location and knowledgeable techs. Able to find high quality parts quickly.

Super friendly and knowledgable folks. Just a great environment - I love visiting!

Great shop and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Staff take time to listen and make personal connections. Service quality excellent.

The entire team was amazing! Thank you!

Went there with a group for an overall orientation to bikes and accessories and especially to those that can be used both everyday but also for fun races or even mini-triathlons. It was fascinating and incredibly helpful. Chris, our ‘guide’ was extremely personable, clear, and sensible. You can tell he and the shop are about having a relationship with the customer and being able to help all sorts of riders with all sorts of questions, doubts, worries, expectations, and goals — and understanding that these will often change as the customer becomes more experienced, takes on new goals, etc. The shop itself is definitely full-service and full of all the latest and greatest gear and clothing. There was even a rather extraordinary bike there being tuned up in preparation for a race across some part of Africa! Altogether, I was very impressed and felt very comfortable with the idea of a return trip soon to talk about my own objectives and needs. Actually, can’t wait!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I made a connection and the staff made me feel welcomed and they took care of everything for my bike!

Service staff was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am reluctant to be negative about anyone, but I need to let Trek know that this was in contrast to the Clarendon store (my closer option) where twice last summer (2025) the staff did not listen to our issues carefully , and did not fix the problems on the bicycle.

The service. The expertise and the quickness

Friendly, straightforward, human, real, service.

ALWAYS very helpful.
