Worked with Tim on a shoe problem where my foot was a little small for the size. After some back and forth on solutions, he suggested a raised arch insole to replace my depleted one. He also reminded me of the 30 day guarantee. This worked out very well. I look forward to working with Tim in the future.

I was thinking of purchasing a new bike. I came into your shop and Emma introduced herself. She was fantastic. She asked me a bunch of questions and determined the best two models for my requirements. Emma was very patient, she explained why she recommending these models, their important differences and answered all my questions. She set up one bike and I tock it for a ride on the trail behind the shop. I couldn't have asked for a better person help me.
