Problems generated on a Saturday. Brought to Wayne's Trek on Sunday at noon. Greeted at door, issues identified. Matters fixed expeditiously. Out on patrol along Chester Valley Trail by 1300. Reasonable prices. Good service. Very happy with service. Thanks.

I have been to all of the TREK stores in this area and this one is by far the best one for me. I am a senior and this store seems to hire more experienced employees that understand my needs. The service is excellent and the deals on the old Bontrager accessories are great! This store is a little further from me but worth the extra travel time!!

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience my son and husband had at your shop yesterday. What started as a simple flat tire repair turned into a wonderful learning opportunity. The young gentleman who assisted us was incredibly patient—he didn't just fix the tire; he took the time to teach my son how to change the inner tube himself. He even encouraged my husband to film the process so my son could refer back to it and provided the exact tire specifications for future purchases. Yesterday was the Lunar New Year's Eve, and this year marks the Year of the Horse in the Chinese zodiac. This act of kindness and professional mentorship made our holiday celebration even more memorable. Tim was incredibly informative and took so much time with my husband and I we were looking for the right indoor cycling shoes.
