I brought in my 2015 Emonda for a bottom bracket creak and Curtis was very helpful in getting the frame warrantied. I felt that Curtis was very hospitable and was a strong advocate for my case. He was prompt in communication, and throughout the entire process I felt I was well informed of the situation. I got a new bike through the warranty service and the whole experience turned a bad situation into an exciting one. I felt that having a Trek bike ensures you will always be taken care of by a company that stands by its products. I've already recommended Trek to a friend looking for a gravel bike, and I will continue to recommend Trek.

Great service. I came in for new mountain bike shoes. Curtis was very helpful. He asked questions to understand my riding and made good recommendations. I ended up with the perfect shoe for me - that I didn’t know existed. And they were on clearance - almost 80% off!

Patrick Trek Bicycle Wenatchee was great and helped us get the exact bike we wanted, found and shipped to Wenatchee from another store's inventory. Our son's much loved Trek bike had been stolen and this is the replacement, so it meant a lot to be able to replace this!

The staff at Trek Wenatchee were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I had ordered my bike online and he found it right away and took a few minutes to make sure everything worked like it was suppose. Then he showed me other things that I might need or want to help me be safer while I ride and to keep my bike secure as well. What I appreciated the most about this part of my experience is that I didn't feel like I was dealing with a pushy salesman. I was given the information and left to decide. I will definitely be back to Trek Wenatchee and will be getting all my bike services done there as well. Highly recommend!

Curtis helped me from start to finish and was super nice while being very professional. He never tried to upsell me but did exactly what he said you folks would do and at what price. Nice salesperson that was willing to work with me. But he is terrible at adjusting gears! However to give him credit he did admit he wasn't a mechanic. It's unfortunate that I have to take my new bike to a local mechanic ( Wenatchee is 40 miles away) and pay for adjustments. I would still recommend Trek Wenatchee.
