I’ve recently had service on a second bike I brought in. I’m always warmly greeted and get prompt attention when we have questions. On another visit this week I got to try on a couple jerseys I had been eyeing, good selection and fair prices.

I was camping in Wenatchee and got a flat. No spare tire with me . They went out of their way to fix my flat and order tires since mine were looking bad. My friend test road an e bike and loved it, so bought it. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

My bike is great! I use it everyday for my main transportation. I recently had it serviced for the first complimentary check-up and the staff did everything to ensure it was right and ready for me when I picked it up. The tires and brakes were adjusted to where they should be and it looked like they did a detailed cleaning of the entire frame. I would highly recommend this Trek store. The service and bike quality is worth checking out.

I brought in my 2015 Emonda for a bottom bracket creak and Curtis was very helpful in getting the frame warrantied. I felt that Curtis was very hospitable and was a strong advocate for my case. He was prompt in communication, and throughout the entire process I felt I was well informed of the situation. I got a new bike through the warranty service and the whole experience turned a bad situation into an exciting one. I felt that having a Trek bike ensures you will always be taken care of by a company that stands by its products. I've already recommended Trek to a friend looking for a gravel bike, and I will continue to recommend Trek.

I love the trade up program for kids! We love your bikes! Friendly service, their bikes are excellent quality. We love the colors and styles! I don't see us buying any other bikes. We will definitely be back!
