Eros is Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on everything I ask him on e-bikes, electronics/speed and anything else on or with them. I came in looking to by one, maybe a townie, entry-level and after seeing all of the options and wanted something with more gears and room to grow with it. I ended up getting the FX+1 that offers a lot more and my own opinion looks awesome! Thank you Trek and Eros as im very happy with my new e-bike!

Helpful, friendly staff at my local Trek bike shop. They willing to listen to your needs/wants and they truly want you to have a good cycling experience. They go the extra mile to find you what you want. They bent over backwards for me as I test rode one of their bikes over 3 different days trying to decide on which size I wanted. I am between sizes. I will always return to Trek!
