Helpful, friendly staff at my local Trek bike shop. They willing to listen to your needs/wants and they truly want you to have a good cycling experience. They go the extra mile to find you what you want. They bent over backwards for me as I test rode one of their bikes over 3 different days trying to decide on which size I wanted. I am between sizes. I will always return to Trek!
I haven't even picked up my bike yet but the service provided by Patrick was exceptional! He took the time to explain everything. And when I decided what bike I wanted he made sure it was in stock and went through all of the components
New brakes work great! Only feedback is that I thought I would get a call prior to the work being done to go over costs to authorize which work would be done. In the end, I would have approved the work, but if they had included other elements and the bill had gotten any higher I would have been a little urked if I hadnt had the chance to say yes or no to certain elements.
Sales staff, particularly Patrick Ryan, was extremely helpful and customer service oriented. He worked hard finding a Trek bike that fit my needs.

good customer service with a quick appraisal of my bike (brought it in for level 2 maintenance) ...bike was not in the shop long and was in excellent condition upon return with a discount for the cable replacement as well as the coupon for $50 off the maintenance. Very happy with the experience
Eager, yet not overbearing, sales and service staff make for a great visit. The employee heard my needs and concerns, and then shared some TREK product offerings that might fit my needs. They were upfront about the need to actually have time in the saddle to ensure something is going to work, and they made it clear that if my selection wasn’t working the way I wanted, to come back in and they would help get me sorted, either with an adjustment, an exchange, or worst case, a refund.
