Probably the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I ordered a bike online, and they assembled it and called me as soon as it was ready. When I arrived, they took the time to walk me through the warranty and all the benefits that come with the purchase. After seeing my new bike, they recommended a few great accessories—and what really stood out was how quickly they installed everything. I grabbed the items off the shelf, and within minutes they were already on my bike. I really appreciate when a team goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything and leave fully set up. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be coming back.

I bought my TREK bike 7 yrs ago and brought it in to be serviced. The service was done quickly, good communication and rides well. The only issue is the mirror fell-off as I was riding it for the first time after picking it up. I cannot get it back on. Not sure if it was compromised when the service was being done?
