Very well-made first bicycle for my 3-year-old! I really like how the chain is enclosed, the wheels are wide and sturdy and the pedals have a nice grip. I bought a bell that is easy to operate which my son LOVES! The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store for its products and services!

They are very committed to helping people understand any problems with your bike, every product your purchase or might be thinking about purchasing, and they make sure you understand how products work. I just had my bike in for tuneup. They did a great job and I’m excited to hit the trails!!

Craig was an incredible help to us when we came in to look at bikes for our ten-year-old daughter. He showed our daughter and son several different types and let them ride as many as they liked. The range of colors and options was excellent, and we came away with all we needed to go riding that afternoon.

Probably the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I ordered a bike online, and they assembled it and called me as soon as it was ready. When I arrived, they took the time to walk me through the warranty and all the benefits that come with the purchase. After seeing my new bike, they recommended a few great accessories—and what really stood out was how quickly they installed everything. I grabbed the items off the shelf, and within minutes they were already on my bike. I really appreciate when a team goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything and leave fully set up. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be coming back.
