My first time there, it was a good experience though the cost of a bike tune -up leaves a lot to be desired. Then again, this will last me another 3 years or so since I don't bike that much.

The whole crew at Trek West Chester are amazing. They’re smart mechanics and front of the house staff whose primary goal is to get you on your bike more. They really make you feel like you’re a part of the gang. No matter how silly my questions or bike issues are, they always treat me with dignity and kindness. They rule. P

Andrew was amazing! He was genuinely concerned with finding the right bike for me. He asked a lot of questions leading up to an amazing purchase of a bike that I already love! I love the quality and design of trek bicycles. I met some other happy truck customers in the shop and we are going to go for a ride on our new bikes! Great experience overall!

If I can’t do the work on my bike,Trek in WC, Turnner Lane is my go to shop. The manager is a great guy and their main mechanic is very experienced. I have a Trek Madone 2020 and it is a flawless bike. Out of the major bike companies, there is no reason to look for a better bike.
