All I've really needed is regular preventive maintenance with this bike but love that Craig picks it up and returns it! I would possibly otherwise go to Wayne due to convenience. I have really liked loved this bike ( Domane SL7). Can't say I'm as impressed with Bontrager gear.

Everything is great there. Most importantly every staff I dealt with was terrific: kind, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, down to earth. Everyone knows Trek products are great, but their stores are fabulous also.
