Jim and Amber from the West Chester were very knowledgeable and friendly in finding the best bike that fits my riding needs. Jim helped me find the right size and fit for a new bike and even equipped it with the necessary tools (repair kit and bag, water bottle mount and phone mount). Both Jim and Amber stayed after hours to provide proper tips on how to maintenance the bike, install the pedals and helped to load it into my car. I look forward to many long rides with my new Checkpoint bike. Their superb service and attention to detail should be commended.

They have been amazing. I had an issue while on a ride and they tried to help me troubleshoot it over the phone. When I brought the bike on later with no appointment they looked at the bike right away and were able to process a warranty claim for the issue very quickly. Awesome service!
