They have been amazing. I had an issue while on a ride and they tried to help me troubleshoot it over the phone. When I brought the bike on later with no appointment they looked at the bike right away and were able to process a warranty claim for the issue very quickly. Awesome service!

I went to another, non trek, store first and they said my hub couldn’t be fixed and buy a new bike. Trek fixed it in less than an hour, I’ve gone to them for a variety of maintenance, random bike equipment and more, every time I am always satisfied. I feel like they are the LBS. Great workers and experience!

Everyone at the shop is incredibly knowledgable, helpful, a joy to talk to. They explained in detail what was going on with my bike and share the same passion for adventure and cycling that I aspire to. Jim and Craig were especially helpful and I will absolutely be coming back to Trek Bicycle West Chester for any of my bike needs in the future!

Trek of West Chester is a very customer-focused shop. They get to know you and your needs and then tailor recommendations to your needs. I will definitely go to them first when looking for new biking related products.

My first time there, it was a good experience though the cost of a bike tune -up leaves a lot to be desired. Then again, this will last me another 3 years or so since I don't bike that much.

The whole crew at Trek West Chester are amazing. They’re smart mechanics and front of the house staff whose primary goal is to get you on your bike more. They really make you feel like you’re a part of the gang. No matter how silly my questions or bike issues are, they always treat me with dignity and kindness. They rule. P

I love my new bike and the customer service was stellar. They helped me decide what was the best fit for me now and even how I might have different needs in the future. They were not pushy at all. I have been in a couple of times to have my bike serviced and they remember me and so helpful!
