I purchased a new hybrid bike for my husband's father's day gift and I chose Trek because of their high quality bikes that offer a comfortable ride. I found the service team at the Westerville, Ohio store to be super friendly and helpful with explaining various accessories to go along with the new bike. Joshua also took time to explain their service programs and the Trek ride club. Overall, it was a great experience and my husband is thrilled with his gift!
