The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I needed help replacing a solid rubber tire on a wheelchair. Even though they're not a wheelchair repair shop, they squeezed me in late in the day and was able to get the tires mounted. Great service!

Store employees are always super helpful. I picked up my brand new bike yesterday and Patrick helped me pick out pedals and other accessories, explaining everything thoroughly. When I crashed the thing on my first ride, he checked it over carefully to make sure I hadn't done any damage. Will recommend Trek and this store specifically to everyone I know!

Ryan and Patrick are great! Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable, asked pertinent questions to sell me the right Trek. Being close to the bike trail allowed for test riding several bikes and really getting a feel for their fit and function.
