The staff at the Westerville Trek store is tremendous. They are committed to getting you into the right bicycle for you! I purchased a new bike on a Friday evening and didn't get a chance to get a good ride in until the following Friday, and the frame seemed a bit too small after an hour plus ride. I called the shop and they said bring it back in and we will make sure you don't leave until you are happy. They had a new bike built and ready when the opened Monday and the swap was seamless. Thank you very much to Ryan and Devon!

I was quickly greeted by Brody, he took a quick loo at my bike and the required repair, told me he could have it all done in one hour. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

The staff is consistently courteous and knowledgeable regardless of who is waiting on me. Their enthusiasm for cycling and getting people out on the trail is encouraging regardless of age or gender. I drive past other bike shops to return to Trek. Keep up the great service. It is appreciated.
