Bike stores can tend to be snobby, but not Trek Westerville! They were very welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions in a genuine manner. Patrick and Nate were great to work with, would highly recommend them and this store!! After building my bike, they were truly concerned and committed to make sure the ride, adjustments and fit were to my satisfaction. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a bike, the staff was wonderful and I did not feel pressured or intimidated by the buying process. Devon was my sales rep and did a great job. I love my new bike.

The asked person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I really like that technology has allowed to get rid of the front gear rack. The shifter is smooth and easy. Trek overall is s good product for the price.

Devon , our Trek salesperson, was excellent. He was friendly and answered all our questions regarding our first Trek ebike purchase. He asked great questions and helped us decide what Trek model would best suit our needs. He also brought to our attention the Trek trade in which allowed us to trade in a Trek bike to offset our new bike purchase. The staff at the Westerville store is really great. They were welcoming and super helpful. I absolutely love my new bike. I brought treats from Fox in the Snow Bakery this week as a thank you - i hope yall got to have some!
