I like that the technician listened to my concerns about my bike and then did a thorough check of the bike. He also did not try to oversell me on a service package but instead offered the one that I needed. My bike is now clean and riding great!

I had a top notch experience at Trek. This is a large purchase for me and I wanted to make sure it would be seamless with no regrets. From the moment I arrived I was genuinely greeted by staff, Ryan helped me and was extremely informative. He gave me in-depth factual knowledge about various models and what their best applications would be. We settled on the bike that would best fit my needs while also giving room for "growth without upgrade", meaning that I got a high/mid-level unit that will meet my needs for years to come. I was pressed for time during the initial purchase so we made an appointment for me to come back and have a complete full attention educational session. Not only was my sales person Ryan a fantastic asset, but the service team made sure to cover all warranty and service items. This was great experience from start to finish !!!!

This is a great shop! I just had my Cannondale serviced here and everything from the greeting I received when I walked in the door to the actual services performed were first rate all the way. I'll be returning for all of my bike service. I'll also be coming back to shop their inventory of e-bikes.
