We picked up our daughter’s first bike, Rachel helped us and couldn’t have been more unbelievable. She was super patient and offered to help in as many ways as possible while still somehow allowing us to take every moment it. I truly appreciate her attentiveness and how she always knew when to step away. Looking forward to the trade in program and always having my kids in Trek bikes!

Super friendly. Answered all my questions and taught me about the bike. Once I made a decision (a few days later), they were able to transfer a bike from another store. Pickup went well - they assembled (and presumable tuned) the bike and put on my accessories for me. Overall great experience and no pressure.

Have been a fan of Trek bikes since my first in 1982 (Boone Cycles in Houston TX). Good value for the money. Excellent equipment. And now that you have your own store I enjoy browsing. Obviously I don't get a new bike every 3 years but I always have my eyes on something for when I need to upgrade.

Paul was extremely helpful as I needed new road shoes, and my feet are really big, so that was a chore, but we got it done. I also needed records from my past bicycle purchases and maintenance (due to a lawsuit from getting hit by a car last year) at other Trek stores that have since closed, and he was happy to help. He also assisted with my need for bottle racks (my previous one broke). In general, the store is well stocked, with talented staff, including repair staff / wrenches, and spacious with easy access and parking.
