My most recent experience was with the service department. I have found the lead person in that area to be very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and addressing issues that have come up with my new Madone. I have also found the mechanics to be knowledgeable, and they do excellent work. I have recommended the Trek Westlake store to several friends when their bicycles have needed service.
