Service has been great! I recently stopped in with questions on how to disassemble and pack the bike for air travel. One of the shop mechanics took the time to show me exactly how to take it apart to fit my travel case and how to reassemble it. I also received a nice "birthday" email, noting the one-year anniversary since I bought my new Trek. The note also included a coupon good toward shop merchandise (which I happily took advantage of!). A nice touch.

I use Trek mechanics as I trust them to be knowledgeable and to take care of my Trek ebike. They are courteous and let me know if there is an issue they recommend taking care of before they do the work so that I can approve the cost. The bike is ready when promised.

Trek Westlake Village is more than a bike store. They are in the "hospitality" business. They work to delight customers by providing them unparalleled customer service. I had an opportunity to order a new Project 1 Domane from them. Danny Lupold (the store manager) and Jacob (a member of his Techical Team) made the entire process stress and pain-free from spec'ing the bike, placing the order, keeping me informed of the production timeline, customizing the bike to meet my riding requirements and prepping the bike for delivery. Throughout the process I never felt rushed and they seemed genuinely commited to provide me my dream bike. Yesterday I went to their store to pick it up. Jacob was just putting the finishing touches on its assembly. Jacob then carefully reviewed the features of my bike to ensure I understood its operation. In addition, their store is large, well stocked and immaculate. It truly is a pleasure doing business with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their people make the difference!!! Thank you Danny and Jacob!!!

Trek Westlake is by far the best bike store in the Conejo Valley. Danny and his staff are top notch and not only help you but teach you. They also follow up with you the minute your bike is ready to be picked up. Matt, Mark and the rest are all so very helpful. I have lived in the area for 35 years and have tried all of the local bike stores. Once I found these guys I never go anywhere else. Gabe E.
