I brought my wive’s bike in for some service on a Saturday fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up in a few days. The staff at the Westlake Village Trek store are always so professional and friendly. They performed the service I needed and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I took my E bike in for maintenance and new tires. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. He took the time to explain the problem that I was having with my bike and showed me what was happening. I was very appreciated of his knowledge and patience and he had great advice. Mark is an asset to this company with great customer service. I appreciate all his help and taking good care of my bike in a timely matter. The Trek Westlake store is the best. Constantly going above and beyond for their customers. Last week, I couldn’t make it to the store, so Danny personally delivered my new pedals to my house.
