I brought my bike in for a tire problem on my tubeless tire. I thought it was maybe a bad valve, so i spoke to Mark and he said he would take care of it and text me when my bike was completed. I also asked him to do some other things like put in new sealant and clean my chain and lube it. He was very courteous and professional. He had my bicycle service in what seemed like a couple of hours. Great customer service !! Many times Thank you!!

I received an email coupon for a free Level 1 service on my new Trek Madone. However, when I called to schedule the service, the shop was booked out beyond the end date of the coupon. Regardless, Mark went ahead and scheduled the free service.
The planned work was done very quickly, and the bike was ready within a few hours of when I dropped it off. I've been very happy with the service provided at Westlake Trek and would gladly recommend the store to other cycling friends.
Really competent and helpful service technician. DJ was really thoughtful and he followed up with me a couple of times to let me know his analysis and progress on securing the needed parts for the repair. He was amazing!
