The attention I received from the time I entered the store until the time I picked up my bike was outstanding. Paxton spent time with me as we looked at my bike and discussed options for servicing my bike. I never felt rushed. I had to order parts which were not in stock however Steve called me promptly on Monday to advise me of pricing and timeline to get the parts. Picked up my bike later in the week and was extremely pleased with the outcome.

My bike was clean, the grime of 20 + yrs of use were magically erased with addition of new gear protector, chain and spoke so it looked newer. I took it for a spin once I got home, the gears shifted nicely, the new chain worked smoothly. Bonus I got to see a former student Jason. Thank you I’m ready to hit the trails come April.

The products are just fine as are the services. It's the staff and the store that are keeping me as a customer and that got me to be one in the first place. I live 25 minutes from my NEW bike shop, TREK in Westminster, Maryland and it's well worth the drive time. The young man who waited on me, Paxton, was the very definition of a good employee and customer service expert. I liked driving to Westminster when my kids went there years ago. And I do again because of TREK. Enough said.

I always appreciate the Maintenance discount given this time of the year, and take advantage of it when necessary. I was glad to see that this benefit stayed from the Race Pace days. The service is performed quick and the detail given about the service and and issues found is always in terms I can understand. The communication of when my bike was ready for pickup is awesome. It's always very easy to drop off and pick up my bike. I look forward to coming into the store to buy products this year! Thanks to everyone at the Westminster TREK location!!
