Trek has awesome customer service and staff that are bike experts and can answer any questions, provide repairs or refer to other resources if needed. They always go step above, like helping to get bikes in and out of people’s cars when brought in for repair or suggesting no cost ideas to provide a better biking experience.

The attention I received from the time I entered the store until the time I picked up my bike was outstanding. Paxton spent time with me as we looked at my bike and discussed options for servicing my bike. I never felt rushed.
I had to order parts which were not in stock however Steve called me promptly on Monday to advise me of pricing and timeline to get the parts.
Picked up my bike later in the week and was extremely pleased with the outcome.
