Always ready to assist with any questions. Staff will listen and act accordingly as if you are working together side by side to make the correct purchase or correct repair or adjustment. I have purchased 5 bikes when it was Race Pace and the change to Trek and all have been good transactions.

Truthfully, there was no pressure to actually buy anything or to show interest in something I was not even there to look at. The sales staff was very nice and really concerned about my needs about why I wanted to buy a new bicycle.

I had nothing but the absolute best customer service while getting my daughter outfitted for a bike to participate in NICA and the Carroll County Copperheads team. Jason #1 & #2 (just the order that we met them) were awesome in explaining the different levels and educating us on all things MTB to get our 11 year old set up for her first season. From bike ordering to pick up and ensuring she was aware of how the bike functioned to swapping out the pedals, every trip to Trek was a great one. How lucky we are that a local store has the best employees!
