Upon entering I was nearly immediately asked if I needed help while perusing helmets and sunglasses. I recall his name as James, who then provided detailed information regarding quality for both. My intent was not to buy that day, rather to familiarize myself with those products, however based on his information, I purchased a Trek Victory helmet.

First off ,trek bikes are great.I needed service on my Verve 2.Dave ,and Ken worked up a service plan that would renew my bike almost back to original shape.John the servic teck did excellent work showed me everything he did and why.I will be back in the future.

Very pleased with Trek's service. Took my bike in to replace a broken hand brake. Expected to leave it there. Kevin introduced himself and said he'd fix it then. 15 minutes later I was out the door with a repaired bike. Cost was reasonable too. I've had great service there before. Recommend Trek Bike shop.
