We were very happy that you stood by your products; had gotten new tires Apr 2025 and they developed problems by mid March 2026 (and were not ridden May-Oct of 2025 & stored in AC while gone, so only ridden 4 or 5 months). Brought the bike in and you agreed they were defective (one tire was splitting, the other separating and bubbling). You took care of the issue by replacing the tires, and had the bike ready by mid morning of the next day! Excellent service, and great customer support. We will definitely continue to use your shop and recommend you to others!
