I’ve been very impressed with this bicycle shop. Since moving here 18 months ago, I’ve been there probably eight times, and everyone there, from their manager Dave, to the mechanics, Ash and Reese have been fantastic. Service has been done on my bike/wheels, usually on the spot, with no waiting. Pricing is comparable to things you see online.

Trek has a range of bicycle for every type of rider. And their staff are very knowledgeable at steering a customer to the best bike, size and customized options for their usage.
I have also had periodic tune-ups or repairs at Trek and they really seem committed to returning your bike in like new condition. I would not hesitate to call Trek Williamsburg for advice or questions. Great job!

Service was excellent, both on the phone and in in person. We drove from NC to VA since they had the bike I wanted and I was impressed with Michael and Dave responding to messages after hours. Once I go there, Michael took the needed time to get me setup and ready to go. We also watched another employee helping a family with a child’s bike. Very good experience.

I cannot overstate how great the Trek store is here in Williamsburg VA. All employees are superb in every respect - polite, knowledgable, and very tech savvy. They form a great team and can always be counted on to provide outstanding service. I am always greeted when I walk in the door and within a matter of seconds, someone is ready to help me.
I am not usually a reviewer but in this case, I cannot pass up the opportunity to give a shout-out to Michael who helped me with my saddle issue. Great job.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent bike purchase from this shop. The selection is excellent, and the quality you get for the price really stands out. What made the biggest impression, though, was the exceptional sales service. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping my wife and me choose the right bikes for our needs.
While there are other bike shops nearby, the level of attention and care here is hard to match. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. We’ve already been out on several rides and are thrilled with our bikes. I would absolutely recommend this shop for both their products and their outstanding customer service.
