Trek Williamsburg has the most positive, knowledgeable and caring true cyclists. They love what they do and they do everything well from getting the right parts, finding ways to return bicycles with serious needs and they do it with economically for their clients like myself. Trek does not seek to enhance their sales or bike services like some other cycle shops which may give more than your bike needs, and, they get it done efficiently and quickly as is needed. Pretty impressive to work with a team which is always giving customers their best for that is what they are.

The team was knowledgeable, laid back and friendly. They gave me good advice on my bike, and took are of the repairs quickly. I used to work on bikes and this was the kind of exam and atmosphere I enjoyed working in. I’ve had my bike serviced at three Trek stores sonic I purchased it. This was by far the most professional and knowledgeable crew. I highly recommend them.
