5-Star Review for Trek of Williamsburg I recently took my Trek Domane to Trek of Williamsburg for a new wheelset installation with all new components, and overall I’m extremely happy with the service. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about Trek bikes. They did a fantastic job installing the new wheels, and the bike now rides noticeably smoother, faster, and more confidently than before. What really stood out was their thoroughness. While inspecting my old wheels, they discovered significant stress points that I never would have noticed, and they also found that my brake pads were in bad shape and needed replacement. I really appreciate them catching these safety issues before they became a problem — it shows they truly care about doing quality work and keeping riders safe. My only complaint was the longer turnaround time, but I understand this is peak riding season and the shop was very busy with lots of customers needing repairs and upgrades. They kept me updated throughout the process, and the final result was worth the wait. I highly recommend Trek of Williamsburg to anyone in the area needing bike service. They do excellent work and prioritize doing things right. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Thank you!

I was by yesterday at business open. Was 2nd in line. I gave up my spot to a lady that had an early flight out of town. The gentleman there were efficient, friendly and skilled at their profession. I waited while adjustments were made to my bike. Was very pleased with my total experience.

Great experience at the local Trek Store in Williamsburg VA! They've been nothing but helpful, even loaning me parts in order to try a new stem length on my Trek Fuel EX. Great advice from Reese, Dave, and the rest. Really appreciate them and I will be back.

Our experience at Trek bicycles was 100% positive. The atmosphere in the store was welcoming; we were greeted immediately upon entering, and the selection was extensive. Our sales person, David, was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He worked us through which models were best suited for us, allowed us to test ride, adjusted, and worked until we were satisfied with our choices. He helped us choose accessories and recommended which would be appropriate for our needs, not just tried to upsell us. Overall, excellent experience!

Great selection of bikes and all the equipment. All the associates are super friendly and helpful. They know the merchandise well and offer a lot of information. I haven't had to bring my bike in for repairs, but if needed, I would consider taking it to Trek. A great place to get birthday gifts for my husband too!

I’ve been very impressed with this bicycle shop. Since moving here 18 months ago, I’ve been there probably eight times, and everyone there, from their manager Dave, to the mechanics, Ash and Reese have been fantastic. Service has been done on my bike/wheels, usually on the spot, with no waiting. Pricing is comparable to things you see online.
