My old classic road bike was in need of hard to find campy parts for a complete tuneup and the guys had passed on the information on where I could aquire them. They did a great job and the old road bike rides great again !!! Thanks so much for the smile. Joe N

The sales person - Lisa who worked with my son and myself making sure to cover every detail. My son is 9 and had a lot of nerves about riding a larger bike and she made sure he was super comfortable and safe. A really excellent experience. He has ridden his bike every day since!

My most recent purchase was a helmet. I needed advice on the right helmet for the kind of riding I do, and I needed help with fit. The store was very busy but the employee asked the right questions and listened to my concerns. I am 73yrs and hadn't bought a helmet since I first started riding 11 years ago. Customer service at the Wilmington, DE location is excellent. I have been to this store in the past for adjustments and service to my bike (and my husband's bike), as well as apparel and accessories. I'll be back!
