Customer and Technical service is superb. Service was great when I first started bringing the MTBs in. It’s even better now that I know a little bit more about the bikes. Turnaround is always very reasonable.

I absolutely the Wilmington Trek store. They are always inviting and helpful. I learn something new from both Connor and Lisa every time I'm in there about my bikes. Every time I think of buying another brand, I'm afraid that I won't get the same customer service with other brands.

Trek Bicycle Wilmington provides the best customer experience of any bike shop I've ever used! Excellent selection of bikes and accessories, and the staff was hyper focused on making sure that the bike I bought was the best possible fit (mixing and matching parts from more than one frame size, when necessary). Service after the sale has also been great, and work is always done on time, and done right the first time. I always look forward to talking with the sales staff and the technicians - they're all very engaging and friendly.

First time I stopped in they were busy so I didn't bother them. When I went back I explained that I was ordering a bike from Trek Red Barn and just wanted to find out my size. She got out 2 sizes and the apparatus used to ride stationary. A service tech also weighed in. My new/refreshed bike feels great. The bike also came with an issue that wouldn't allow me to assemble it myself so I took it to them to fix the problem and finish assembly. I was reimbursed by Trek for the repair and assembly. Good service and people. Will be back for a helmet and accessories soon.

The service staff is fantastic. They do great work, help find deals and, most importantly to me, they don’t make me feel like an idiot when talking about repairs. Too many bike shops are full of snobs who talk down to customers. Not at Trek Wilm. They take the time to explain the service in terms I understand. Highly recommend them!
