Everything!!! The purchasing experience was super easy and Lisa (Trek Wilmington employee) was amazing. She explained the differences in bikes, pulled two potential for test rides, went over accessories, how the process worked since the actual bike wasn't in stock, how long the wait would be, etc. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful! Picking up the bike and rack was great, they assisted with putting it on the car and explaning the entire process for how it worked and securing the bike. Couldn't be happier with my new bike, new bike rack, and a store that cares for their customers in every way. Can't wait to get more people involved in getting a bike through Trek Wilmington. Thank you!

I am so thankful for the kindness and professionalism by the Wilmington, DE Trek team. I've been there three times and each time I walk away, it is always a good and comforting feeling knowing they are fixing my e-bike. The first time I went it was because another bike shot unkindly told me if I didn't buy from them, they would not even look at it. I took it to the team at Trek and they immediately said to bring it in and they'll take care of it. They took care of it and now we will go nowhere else with our e-bikes. Thanks to the wonderful team.
