A very friendly service, Laurie who i dealt with was very knowledgeable about the bike i was interested in. He took time to explain the controls of the bike and assisted in downloading the app required to communicate with the bike. all in all a great service.

Staff know their bikes and have a good selection on display, if what you want isn't there, as was the case for me, they verry quickly soused it and had it delivered checked and ready for collection with in a few days

Trek Bramhall had the exact bike I was looking for - the right model, model year, size and colour, at a good discounted price. I spoke to Laurie before ordering and he was very helpful in describing the bike’s condition and how the free, no-box delivery worked. The bike arrived on the expected day, very straightforward from start to finish. Laurie also called me recently to check how I was getting on with the bike. All in all, highly recommended.
