Excellent service from Trek Bramhall and Trek. Over 25 years of cycling this is the second time that the Trek crash insurance policy has covered crash damage, with the repair and wheel replacement completed within a week.

3rd trek bike. 1st one from the Bramhall store. Customer service was second to none. Went out of their way to help me get what I wanted at a fantastic price.

Bike was fitted with new jockey wheels and gears indexed. Work was done on the spot while I waited which was very helpful. Bart was very friendly, helpful and thorough in the work he completed. He realigned my rear mech hanger, removed a link from the chain and updated the firmware in the mech. I went for a ride yesterday and the gears worked perfectly so I am very happy.
