The people who work there. I’ve just spent nearly a thousand pounds at trek Bramhall and Laurie was brilliant. I have spent another £50.00 in the week I purchased my new TREK bike. Helpful, great knowledge and what a nice guy all round. TREK is very dear to buy from but it’s easier when getting top service and quality. I would recommend a FREE T shirt with every NEW bike, a great gesture and of course it’s the ultimate in free advertising . I’m xxxl if you’re going to do this. Excellent service from Trek Bramhall and Trek. Over 25 years of cycling this is the second time that the Trek crash insurance policy has covered crash damage, with the repair and wheel replacement completed within a week.
