I have always like your products and service, but when I visited your store last year there was a very rude men that was working there and I didn't care for how I was treated by him, so I hadn't been back in for over 6 months. The lady that currently works there( she was working there last year) is always nice and helpful. The new guy that I meet on July 2nd was very friendly, helpful and nice.

The attendant was very helpful and showed us how to remove the tire and reinstall when we had our tube changed. Also how to live the chain and answered several questions I had. Was very positive and helpful. Think his name was Steven

The speed of service. I had the bike in one day and out the next. I did have one issue. When I took it out of my shed the next day to ride it for the first time, the front tire was completely flat. I noticed the valve was way out of line with the hole in the wheel. I straightened it out and put air in it. So far it's holding but it's only been about an hour and a half.

I was taken in right away. It was a simple fix (tube replacement) and the tech showed me that the bead on the tire as rotting. Replaced the tire and tube for a reasonable price.
