The speed of service. I had the bike in one day and out the next. I did have one issue. When I took it out of my shed the next day to ride it for the first time, the front tire was completely flat. I noticed the valve was way out of line with the hole in the wheel. I straightened it out and put air in it. So far it's holding but it's only been about an hour and a half.
I was taken in right away. It was a simple fix (tube replacement) and the tech showed me that the bead on the tire as rotting. Replaced the tire and tube for a reasonable price.
Unbelievable new manager - Steve. Not only fluent in gearing, strategies and routes for gravel and road but also inventive in tailoring custom solutions. He loaned me a pair of tires to try for the weekend (even changed them) and charged me only $11 for a new tube. I tried this shop on and off over the years without a lot of satisfaction but they definitely have my attention now.
The service team, especially Natalie and Steven was very thorough in the inspection of the bike's issue and provided good advice. They had went above and beyond to service the bike in spite a minor hiccup.
They were responsive to the best of their ability and turned the bike around in decent time.
Steven was so fantastic to work with. He answered all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge and shared freely. I did not feel pressured to purchase right then and there. My Checkpoint alr5 is on order and i am very excited to pick it up.

The service that you receive is instant once you enter the business. The staff,(Steve and Natalie) are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable which helps because I like many, don’t know much about cycling or its products.
