We found this shop last year and are so happy we did! They did a great job servicing our Trek bikes and even helped us with the purchase of our first Trek E-bikes. The staff is friendly and helpful every time we come in. We highly recommend this shop.

Natalie and team were wonderful. They assessed damages to my Trex FX that I’ve owned for quite a while and fixed everything needed after being hit by a car. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this bike shop for all your needs. They have a wide array of bicycles and accessories.

Madds and Natalie were awesome! I was greeted with a friendly welcome. I needed hydraulic brakes installed on my fat tire bicycle. They let me know my options and were straight forward about the entire process. They were booked up, but did all the mechanics of he would have time to squeeze me in. I was planning on picking it up the next morning, but I received a call around 4:30pm and the install was complete. I picked up my bike and the brakes felt great! I can stop now! The initial brakes would not properly fit, so they installed another brand. I was refunded the difference in price! I then bought a center mount handle bar phone mount and Madds installed it in no time! These are the things that make life long customers. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Co.

I was able to get mine and my husband’s bike fixed up and ready to go. The team did an amazing job explaining what my bike needed and I felt comfortable asking all of my questions. The store is very clean and welcoming. I will be returning to get my kids bikes tuned up and any future bike needs.

We've been going here all the way back to when it was [FIRST NAME REMOVED]'s Cycles. Our experiences have been consistently good. The experience we had a couple of days ago was great too. One of the most important things to me is that the person helping me seemed to legitimately love bicycling and not be too interested in 'making a sale.' Don't get me wrong, he was great and attentive and everything I would hope for in a sales-sorta-way. I'm just saying that he led with a genuine love for bikes and a care for my kids having the right bike. I'm going back to buy another one from him on Wednesday of this week. The store also does a good job of always having some bikes in stock and able to be experienced. Even if the exact one I want isn't ready, there are enough to experience that I can narrow it down. It's a good store and I'm glad it's there.
