Great service and knowledge from Benjamin and follow up to a technical enquiry from Jayden after an initial visit to the store to look at options for my old Trek which didn't inspire me to the point I went and spoke to Specialized around the corner.
The guy there (Joe) was very professional and it was difficult telling him I wouldn't be buying his bike/
Trek got my business again (Trek #4) after I contacted Trek in Wisconsin where Corey was excellent with his help and recognition of my issues/loyalty.
I still wish you would promote and do a one off run of the IsoZone component where 8.5DS owners pre-ordered/paid for the item as that would generate a lot of goodwill with no risk to Trek.

Had a few issues with the bike from gears to missing seat screw. The team helped with an accurate diagnosis of the problems and parts needed and turned around in 24 hours. Also cleaned and serviced bike. The charge was very reasonable and representative of great after sales service. Probably the best bike shop experience I have had.
