The company stores is great I travel domestically and yesterday had an issue with my bike it was so easy to take to Trek and they fixed it . No need to book in and even though they don’t have the part they sourced it Super happy with everything trek

Ben was great and very helpful through the process of selecting a bike and other accessories. We went back later with the family to collect my bike and they made some adjustments to my wife's bike to make her more comfortable when riding. Great service, friendly staff and will definitely be back and happy to recommend.
