fast and quick service

good stuff!

Great customer support and staff is very knowledgeable.

Even though the store was closed for inventory, the staff offered to replace the inner tubes on my bike. They were very helpful.

Paid $10 to have flat tire changed out to continental gatorskin (supplied). I had intended to have the front tire changed as well, but forgot to bring the new tire. Rear wheel was changed to new tube and gatorskin supplied in timely manner. Took the other gatorskin and tube to REI the next day to get front wheel changed over. Was informed that the rear tire was installed backwards, did I want them to correct it. Of course, I had them correct it so the tread was running in the correct direction. Fortunately, I am a member of REI and there was no charge for remounting the rear tire.

Great customer service.

Top of the line products at great prices. Staff is very helpful. Great place to buy anything about bicycles.I Highly recommend this place.

Informed me of what would need done and how much it would cost. Fixed the problem much faster then originally quoted and everything seems to work fine.

Fast service

He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to tell me what he was doing and why and even suggested a few things to consider.

Products are nice but there is a limited selection for clip shoes.

Very inviting, doesn’t look like a pawn shop.

Friendly knowledgeable

The customer service is outstanding and I absolutely love my new bike!

My chain came off right after I got home

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service was timely and well done.

Wish I knew y’all we’re here but now glad found for service & etc...

I think it’s silly that I can’t exchange a helmet for a different size just because it was bought at another trek store. It was explained and I understand that you are “ independently owned” instead of owned by trek but since you have the giant “trek” sign and advertise and are called a “Trek” store I don’t see the problem of exchanging something when you carry the item I’m exchanging. I could understand if it wasn’t part of your inventory at all but you had the exact one I wanted to exchange sitting back there so it’s not like you couldn’t sell it. I don’t understand retail stores making it even more of a hassle for customers than it already is. It’s why people rather just buy things on line. Other than that you hardly have any bike inventory. So I can’t recommend to friends to go in there.
