Excellent Service! Needed some fine tuning on derailleurs after a DIY install, Tony and team were fast, dependably on-time with turnaround estimates, and more than reasonable (I expected to pay 2x as much or more for the work. Great experience. I've found my new go-to bike shop in town.

Your prices are reasonable and your turn around time is usually within 48 hours for fixing my bike.

It is light weight, nice. Good for man because the seat is hard, must use right bike uniform to help the seat, normal hiking clothe will feeling hurt when riding. Wish Trek company give us the option to choice tge seat. I like the seat of FX2. My bike model is FX3. The service man , Tony, at my local TREK store Raleigh, NC, he is very nice work, help ne choice right bike for fitness, but still hood on high speed, can ride on trail and road. Thank you Tony and Trek company

Suzie was amazing. Very knowledgeable and if great help recommending the right bikes to purchase. After the purchase the service manager also came over and spoke with us. Great customer service. I’d recommend them to anyone purchasing a bike.

My wife and I are impressed by the friendly staff. There was no pressure to buy any products as they answered all of the questions we asked. We were treated the same as a customer who was probably in to purchase a $6000.00 bike. Also, several years ago, my wife was in a parking lot next to the Trex Bike Shop in Falls River and she was teaching our grandson to ride a bike. Well, the chain came off. One of your staff came out to help her and although the bike wasn't purchased from them, this kind gentleman fixed the chain on the bike and he would not accept any monies from her. Fast forward to the present and because that act of kindness showed to my wife and our grandson, we had no doubt but to purchase our bicycles from this location. Kindness does make a difference in todays society and we are so pleased with the purchases that we made and we plan to upgrade our bikes in the near future from this location.
