My husband is deployed and my son’s BOB Jogger Stroller had 2 flat tires. I couldnt get the tire tubes off myself, so I took the jogger to trek El Paso. The man that helped me was fantastic. He had the correct size tubes in store, explained to me a sealant to help with the tires, and offered to replace the tire tubes before I could even ask. I was expecting to pay a good amount for the tires and labor, but the price was extremely reasonable! I accidentally left my cards and ID on the counter, he called immediately after I left, and brought them out to my car for me so I didn’t have get my toddler back out of the car. Service was fast and was ready for pick up the next day!!

Store location is ideal for me as it is only .25 of a mile from the house. I like the maintenance and the accessability and the turnaround time of the bicycles. The variety and selection of bicycles inside, accessories etc. However, it needs to carry bigger sizes and more common sizes in clothing.

The bike ordering process was very simple, the sales person answered all the questions I had about the diferent models, the bike took a week to arrive once the order was placed.

I had a great experience buying my bike here. Charly helped me choose the best bike for my needs and made sure it was set up perfectly. As a new rider, I really appreciated the tips he shared and the offer to show me some local trails. Excellent service, highly recommend!
