Trek El Paso is very upfront with their cost and if there are any changes they contact you before proceeding. There are no hidden or surprise charges when you pick up your bike. Unfortunately, this is not true of the other major bike shop in El Paso.

The gentleman who is the manager/owner (not 100% sure) is amazing! Every single time we have been there he goes up and beyond to help us and make sure that we are knowledgeable about the equipment buy. Thank you TREK and keep up the good work.
