The service department has been very helpful to work with. They answer all my questions so that I can make the best informed decisions with my bike. The work they do has always been spot on. I've never had to come back because something wasn't right.
The Trek bike I bought was the FX-3. I have over 2,500 miles on it in the last 2 years. It hasn't failed me and only requires expected maintenance.
You have been my LBS since you opened. Your service guys are great. I love that, when I bring a bike in with an issue, you'll take a look right then to see if you can fix it quickly while I wait so I don't have to drop the bike off. With bigger repairs, you finish the work within a few days and it is done correctly. Bonus that everyone is so friendly when I come in. It's a great combo of a big-name corporate store (competitive pricing, good selection) with the attitude of a locally-owned bike shop.
Amazing bikes…have had mine for almost 10 years, which I love…beautifully built, with perfect color…but even more so, the repair shop technicians who once in a while perform work on my bike for”this and that, and that and this”are the real heroes.
They are always quick to fix any issues I have met them for and are courteous and attentive to my requests. They are the heroes that keep my bike going.
