Sean gladly took my bike and put it into a service que list. Always welcoming and easy to talk to. When I pick up my bike, Chris the mechanic explained to me the details of how he worked on my bike. I can tell he really thought through and worked my old road bike. He was also very knowledgeable too. Very satisfied!!

We’ve bought our entire family’s bikes at Trek, 2 adults and 3 kids. We love the trade up program for the kids bikes, it makes the investment so worth it! We always have a great sales experience and customer service. We will continue to purchase our bikes here for years to come.

Service here is exceptional. Sean is fantastic—he takes the time to answer every question and addresses all concerns thoroughly. The team at Trek does a great job with communication, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. We’ve purchased several bikes from this location over time, and most recently had a Thule hitch rack installed on our car. The staff handled the assembly and helped mount it, which made the process incredibly easy for us. Highly recommend this store!

Always a phenomenal experience with customer service and the service department for maintenance/tune ups and repairs for my Trek bikes. The manager Shawn goes above and beyond to create a great experience and makes you feel like you are part of a Trek family. He always makes sure you are satisfied and have a positive experience. Recently I needed a tire repair and not only did I receive my bike back with a perfect repair they also took time to get all the gravel dust off my frame and my bike looked like new when I picked it up.

I have brought bikes here several times for service. The technicians are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I had a bike checked to see if it needed anything and a quick inspection showed that it was good to go. I appreciate that they were honest and didn’t try to upsell me on repairs that weren’t needed.

The bikes last forever, absolutely durable. Bikes ride very nice and everything is built and put together cleanly. Very good looking bikes/products. The store is very clean and organized, nice store to walk into. Staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Service is timely and hassle free.
