Very friendly, informative, and helpful! Both Tyler and Chris took time to understand our needs and make relevant recommendations, and were so easy to talk with. They treated the more expert bicyclists we saw in the shop and us novices with the same respect and attention. I came in for a tune up on an older inherited Trek bike and left with that taken care of plus my wife deciding to purchase a pre-owned Trek of her own that day. We will definitely be back and will spread the word about the shop and the folks who work there.

I almost hit 1, 0 not seeing the 10! Glad it didn't register. Whew. Stopped in on Saturday for some tube goo and loved the store. The man helping me was very personable and friendly. Great showroom great variety and selection of of both bikes/gear/equipment and self care/maintenance tools. Thanks for helping me keep it local. I will recommend highly. It is important to support the local bike shops!

The service was great, bought a bike on line because i'm a little short, LOL Took it there to be put together, I tried, but to no avail, they fixed my screw ups,, and got it back from them when they had promised, very friendly, and helpful, very pleased with Trek in Sheboygan.

I bought my Trek e-bike a few years ago from Sheyboygan Trek store. Always get my service work done there too,the staff always pleasant,and always have been great resolving my problem. I Had brake problems this past year,and had it in for repair. The wrong parts came in,so they reordered parts,and I recently had the repair completed.Trek,covered parts on warranty,and I paid for labor costs. Chris has been my technician ,and explains diagnosis completely,and makes repairs at a very high level. He doesn't overlook anything,and will correct any foreseen issues.Tyler does a great job diagnosing problems,ordering parts,and scheduling work on a timely fashion.There are alot of cheaper bikes,out there,but I appreciate the quality and the great service of Trek Sheyboygan ,that keeps me out on the trail.
