The Manager was very helpful and patient. He answered any questions we had and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. He pulled bikes out of the back to show the difference between models and just was very kind and helpful. I will be going back for my wife and my upgrade of bikes also.

The staff did an excellent job explaining the feature of e-bikes and helped us decide which was best for our needs.

Chris and Tyler are knowledgeable and competent techs. They are also courteous and go above and beyond to satisfy customers. Most recently I had my e-bike in for a very minor repair and Chris noticed my low limit screw on the rear derailleur was out of adjustment. He set it to the correct specification. He also installed a new stem so the bike fits me for a more athletic riding position. I am extremely happy with the changes and can’t wait for nice weather so I can try it out.

This visit was a service related visit. Tyler took the time to quickly diagnose a break issue and make an adjustment on the spot that saved leaving my bike and returning to pick it up at a later date. I was out on the bike the next day out for a ride.
