I had Tyler helping me. He spent alot of time going over several bikes to replace my old bike. He recommended the correct bike for my needs and a better size bike. He explained features of other models which was helpful. Stellar customer service. A definite reason to use this store and Trek bikes.

Earlier this year I purchased an electric bike which was last years model. From the very beginning I was having issues so I brought it in to be looked at and they found nothing so I thought maybe it was my imagination. Well the problem persisted and so I brought it in once more, still no issues showed up on the diagnostics. So I took the bike back once more only to be very disappointed and frustrated with this purchase of almost $3000. After months of raising the seat, lowering the seat; raising the handle bars, lowering the bars; tilting the seat forward and backwards; tilting the handle bars forward and backward I finally gave up because me knees and my bum couldn’t handle any more pain. It was no fault on the technician part because the diagnostics showed them nothing but it was on Treks. I truly believed that Trek would have done a better job at resolving this, but you didn’t. Now I bought another Trek electric bike hoping that I won’t have the same issue. What I’m really disappointed in was that you didn’t believe the customer and did nothing to remedy the problem. The technician did later find , though the diagnostics didn’t report, was that there was a drag or resistance in the pedaling which accounts for the issue I now have with my knees still! I don’t fault the guys at the store for this but I do fault Trek. You should probably work on trusting the customer more to rectify any problems.
