I love this store. I bought a Trek SL 6 Gen 4 Domane there as a first-time endurance bike owner, and the staff treated me like a regular from the moment I walked in. I drove three hours from Bowling Green, Kentucky just to buy a bike from a sales team that genuinely cares about their customers. The manager stayed with me throughout the entire experience, and I truly felt like they cared about me leaving happy with my bike. They had it charged and ready to go when I arrived, greeted me at the door, and took the time to teach me about the bike, properly fit me, and even let me take it for a ride outside the store. They also told me this was “my bike shop,” and I honestly felt like they meant it. They really do care about their customers and building lasting relationships. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a bike shop.

Amazing staff. Super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive—just great humans! And the shop typically has good inventory and if not in stock can usually get the parts quickly. Awesome that they do in-house suspension service!

The mechanic on site, Steve, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. I just bought my first mountain bike used and wanted to get it tuned up. He gave me tons of helpful info as he walked me through the maintenance process, installed new pedals and even set up the suspension to ideally support my body weight. I started the visit thinking I might have to wait 2+ weeks to be trail ready, but left the same day with my bike ready to go.
