We had our bikes serviced. Stephen and all the staff there were fantastic, wonderful Customer service. Service was free since I had purchased my bike from them. They did an amazing job and even cleaned the bikes.

The entire staff at this Trek store is incredible . They went above and beyond to assist me in a time crunch situation . At 3;30 on Friday I brought my bike in for what I thought would be an easy fix. Fortunately while looking over the entire bike a crack in my rear frame was discovered. Since my ride was beginning early the following morning I thought it was going to be a no go. As I had traveled all the way from Rhode Island just to ride , the guys in this shop weren’t going to let that happen. In the end they let me borrow a great , new bike so I could accomplish my ride . They also connected with the shop that I purchase bike 8 years ago in order to file claim with Trek. In the end I completed my 80 mile ride and Trek has provided a credit to be applied towards a new bike . Huge cudos to this shop.

I’m unsure of the name of the man who helped me but twice now he has helped me replace the tire tube within my bob stroller. He was incredibly accommodating and cannot say enough how much the customer service was appreciated! Very kind individual who you can tell just enjoys his job. Will refer all my mom friends if they have a similar need!

I use the Trek Chattanooga store. I typically interact with Jeremy, Robert in sales and Stephen and Matt and David in service. The entire afore mentioned staff is EXTREMELY attentive and friendly. Not only do the address the reason why I might be going to the store, but while I am there, we end up having even longer friendly, neighborly conversations. They are truly invested and interested in knowing how me and my family are doing. But where this store really excels, in my opinion, is their service department. Stephen and his team are extremely dedicated, attentive, courteous and their work is always very well done. The most recent example I can offer is I walked in with a broken dropper post on my mountain bike, I walked the bike in expecting to drop it off and pick up at a later date, but Stephen assessed the problem, fixed it on the spot and sent us on our way so that we can ride for the weekend...it was a new bike and Stephen knew my son was excited to ride it so he made sure he took care of the problem. We are always greeted at the door by them and I also see them in our community and they are always just as friendly out in the community as they are in the store.
