Had my bike shipped down for IM 70.3 Chattanooga. Not only was it reassembled, but cleaned and adjusted to perfection. Unbelievable customer service. Can't recommend enough!!! Thank you for a great experience

We shipped our bike to this shop for the Ironman 70.3. Stephen (or Steven?) at the shop was AMAZING! He communicated very well, thee guys at the shop did a great job putting the bike together can checking for any damage or changes made while in shipment. They even topped off our batteries to full power! Most importantly they made us feel important, like real people, and not just another bike they had to put together for a pay check. I can't say enough good things about this shop, and Stephen specially. We highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING service!! Race weekend, place is packed, and you had me fixed and out the door in 30 minutes. 10/10- every other bike shop could learn a thing or two from you guys.

Very knowledgeable staff with a passion for the product they are selling! They show that they believe in their product. Took my Trek marlin 5 out last weekend for a 29 mile ride and had a wonderful time! It rode beautifully!!!

These guys really know their stuff! All the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. And if they don't have the model you want, they'll order and assemble it. The lifetime adjustments for the Treks they sell you was an unexpected bonus! I would recommend this store to anyone who's considering to buy Trek. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I always enjoy walking into Trek Chattanooga. Stephen, in Service, is always rip-roaring excited to talk about problems, and solutions, to bike woes and give great advice. The Sales team has helped me find a bike in the past and will even help load your bikes when you get them serviced there, as long as they aren’t with a customer! Jeremy and Robert are always welcome faces to see once inside. I’ve never brought either one of my four Trek bikes anywhere else. Very pleased with entire Team.

Stephen in the shop is a guru! The whole team there is great to deal with, but I think the greatest thing is the service on the bikes after the sale. Oh, it’d be great to see the Tshirts in XXL as well - tall guys need clothes too - LOL
