I have purchased 4 bikes at Trek Greenville, SC since 2017. The employees at Trek have always made me feel welcome and are always friendly. They usually meet me in the parking lot when they see I have a bike on my rack to unload. Christopher S. was very helpful today with with a trade-in towards the purchase of a FX Sport 4 Carbon. I’m not the most knowledgeable bicyclist, but Trek employees have always treated me with respect. Today, was no exception. Chris was great! I enjoyed riding my new bike this afternoon. Dale M.
