Iā€™m a trek fan, have been for 7 years. I was a bit disappointed that just recently their repair shop could not fix my Bluetooth on my domane. I brought it in paid for the battery. Unfortunately the screw holding the unit in wouldnā€™t come out. They said to bring it back. No sweat to do so, BUT it would have been excellent customer service if the repair service department would have moved forward and looked into then and there. Oh well, Iā€™m bringing it back in next week. Still a great outfit!!!

The gentleman who assisted me with the purchase of my strap on bike rack took it out to the parking lot and showed me how to install and use it. It was service above and beyond the call of duty. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. This is the best Trek store for customer service that I have ever dealt with. They go the extra mile in being helpful and proactive in helping us maintain our bikes or making recommendations for new ones. They have a large number of salespeople and mechanics on staff. Great inventory of bikes, too.
