I brought in a third-hand, custom built, 2014-ish Madone for an annual service and some poor rear shifting performance. Aaron went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and to get the issue sorted. It took extra time, but knowing that he had my back and wanted to get my bike back to me in tiptop shape was worth it. He also took the time to explain and show me what the issue had been and how he fit fixed it when I picked up the bike. 11 out of 10 service!!!

I have been a trek owner most of my life and love the quality of the components and the fit and finish. Every employee at the trek store is extremely knowledgeable, professional and treat you like family. They are lovers of the sport and love to share all of their knowledge and want to make sure you understand how everything works and that you are 110% satisfied and work to make sure you are happy with the entire experience. And working with the trek team is indeed an experience they never treat you just as a sale. You not only leave as friends but also feel like family.

Aaron was awesome ordering a bike for me I wasn't sure it'll fit me and letting me know there was no problem if I didn't like it or couldn't ride it. I was not on the hook to buy it or have to deal with the return. They just wanted "to find me a bike I loved, so I'd be happy". When I came to see and try the bike (which BTW I LOVED!!!) Landon and Ray helped me installing the accesories while I was checking out. They once again told me that if there was any problem or for whatever reason I didn't like it, I had 30 days to bring it back. All in all, great experience! Thank you guys!!!

I visited the TREK Store in Knoxville for the first time. Had an excellent selection of bikes. I could not have been more pleased with the help and guidance I received as I was shopping for a bicycle that met my needs and interests. I highly recommend this bicycle store to others. Not only does TREK make excellent bicycles, but I could not be more pleased with the customer serviced I received!

I had my first flat tire on my fairly new bike. Took it in they came out & met me at the car & took my bike in. They fixed the flat immediately & out the door in minutes. I asked a couple questions & they answered them all. Super friendly staff.
