I have a Trek 820 that is over 25 years old. I needed a new saddle and seat stem. I brought it in and the tech was very helpful and had the work done in about 40 minutes with no appointment. I'm not sure, but i think his name was Mike. Also impressed with you selection of bikes.

He patiently guided me through the entire process, answered all of my questions with care, and made sure I was fitted perfectly to my new bike. Corey was always prompt and helpful in responding to my emails, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with all of the new features on my gravel bike—which meant a lot since I was upgrading from an older mountain bike. His dedication and expertise truly made my experience outstanding.
