The sales rep who sold me my bike was extremely kind and helpful in helping me choose a bike and fit the bike to me. I came in with very limited bike knowledge and he did not talk down to me. He was very skilled at the bike fitting. I feel very confident on my new bike!

Wayne was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the brake bleed on my bike was done same day as I needed my bike for the next day. Also, the rental road bike service is nice as it’s really hard to come by such service.

Great Great Service and knowledgeable- brought in a non trek bike to service-absolutely no trouble having it fixed- and I was shown another issue with the bike that would have caused a big fall and trek fixed it. Good job trek!!
