Good products and the staff is super helpful and don’t try to be salesman pushing products. This is the second time I have bought a bike here and both times the staff is helpful and not pushy. They let the products sell themselves and make sure they fit your needs.

We popped in on a random weekday to have a tire looked at, fully expecting to have to come back to get it. While I realize that this is not always possible, the technician was able to fix it on the spot - it just needed a new tube. Trek is super honest and super responsive. I recommend Trek for bike purchases and maintenance.

It can be intimidating walking into most bike shops when not an avid biker. But the Trek team provided patience and guidance (without being pushy) while selecting a new bike for my son. And even offered a credit for the trade-in of our previous Trek bike.
