Great team. Contacted KC regarding squealing on my Wahoo Kickr after I stop pedaling. I sent a short video with the sound. He responded right away, telling me to bring it in, and copying Torsten and John. When I brought Kickr and the bike in, John was there and took a quick look, but couldn't readily ascertain the cause so he suggested I leave it and he would call me. He did call and told me he didn't find the problem but suggested I leave it for a few days and he would ask Torsten to look at it. A few days later, Torsten called and said he had mounted the bike on the Kickr and ridden for a few minutes, but could not reproduce the squeal. He suggested that it may occur only after riding some longer length of time. He also suggested, that I contact Wahoo as they may have an answer. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service I received from everyone at Trek Highland Park.
