I use Trek Spartanburg for all my bike services since I moved to the area three years ago, and as always, they are terrific! The entire staff is helpful and Kevin (bike mechanic) does great work. I highly recommend!

I'm new to cycling so I don't know much about the differences between bikes, but I was glad that I could purchase a mid-range bike for my needs and so far, I'm happy with it's performance. Bradley helped me choose the right bike. He also made sure that I was fitted properly and he helped me select the accessories that I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable which was great because I'm a beginner. He was very patient - never rushed me or pressured me. It was a great experience.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Answered any and all questions and did not talk down to someone with little knowledge of bikes. Also, did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Actually found me a great deal on the product I was looking for.
