We took two bikes in to get some repairs and setups. The guys were knowledgeable and helpful. Didn’t push us to buy things we didn’t need. Bikes were ready sooner than we had expected. Even gave us info on some local trails.

Trek Spartanburg has incredible customer service. Even while the mechanic has a long list of repairs to do, the walk-in customer is always attended to. Taking the time to fix a flat, repair a tire, do a check in the moment puts Trek Spartanburg above many other LBS in the area. My case in particular. I wanted to replace my tires and tubes after having had 5-5 issues with punctures, flats, etc. A call to my usual LBS revealed I would need to leave the bike for a one week wait time for this service. But one call to Trek and I was easily accommodated into that afternoon for turn around. The long list of repairs are not dramatically hampered by a few drop-ins. I could understand if the repair list never made progress. Thank you Trek Spartanburg for how you operate and your commitment to excellent customer service.

Super friendly atmosphere. Got so much information on where to ride and what the terrain is like of each trail. You get educated on all things Trek and trails. Differently will shop for all my needs here

I went in looking for a Fuel Ex 8 but Bradley show me the Fuel Ex 9.8 — I wasn’t sure if it would be the right fit for me or worth the investment. Did order one and it came in the before going on a big ride. Took it to Bent creek in Pisgah and I was completely blown away. The bike handled beautifully smooth gear changes, excellent suspension, and a super comfortable ride even on rough rocky trails. Bradly and Kevin at Trek Spartanburg was super friendly and super helpful. Got a text notification saying bike was ready 30min before store was closed. I went in and got the bike adjusted and fitted to the bike. Even though it was after store hours They answered all my questions and made sure the bike was ready to go. Their customer service was too notch. I’m so glad I give it a shot, it turned out to be one of the best purchases I’ve made. Highly recommend both the bike and the team at Trek Spartanburg SC!
