Bradley and staff are terrific! I bought a new gravel bike, and Bradley took lots of time to listen to me and included a custom fit session to be sure I will be comfortable. The bike and stem I ordered both arrived ahead of schedule. Customer service was excellent, start to finish. I highly recommend the Spartanburg Trek Store!

This store is the paradigm of what a good bike store should be. Great staff that knows its customers by name and we customers know the staff by name. I sometimes wish I had more than two legs—so I’d need more bikes!

The staff is phenomenal! Bradley is so supportive of our cycling club and all our local cyclists. He is always ready with advice on routes, gear and really anything bike related. Kevin keeps my bike safe and mechanically sound. He explains when a repair is needed. The store offers the service, support and guarantees of a big brand, but the staff still makes it feel like a home-town store!
