They were very accommodating in the drop off and pick up of the bike I rented. They were also very willing to refund part of my rental after I fell (not on the bike) and could no longer use the bike.

Estuvo todo muy bien el servicio de alquiler de las bicis, solo tengo una sugerencia, pienso que además del casco y el inflador por cada bici también debería aplicarse al candado, ya que el contar con uno solo nos impidió desplazarnos a lugares diferentes ya que uno de nosotros siempre quedaba sin candado. Destaco la puntualidad de la persona que nos trajo y levantó las bicis, Ángel creo.

We had a lovely mountain biking tour experience. The Tri-Bike team was responsive and accommodating during the booking process and the tour itself was challenging yet well paced. The transportation to/from our hotel was smooth and the bikes were in great condition. Highly recommended and we'll be back for another epic ride!

On vacation & walked in for a rental. The staff was awesome and able to get me a bike on. I notice. Good selection of rental options. I rented a Trek Checkpoint for a couple days that allowed me to hit road, gravel & singletrack. Thank you Tri-bike Aruba for allowing me to get some riding in!
