This place is great. They delivered and picked up a Trek Checkpoint right to my resort. Bike was set up and ready to go. I would definitely rent from here again.

Neither my daughter or I had ever ridden an e-bike before but they were easy to use. The helmets fit, The locks were easy to use. We didnʻt need to charge our bikes every day but when we did charge them this was easy too. We needed to leave for the airport in the morning and the company was able to pick up the bikes at 9:30am right before we left. That was great. We really enjoyed using them.

Always wonderful to rent bikes from you! The timing of the drop off and pick up is so precise and the replacement of the bike that squeaked was very helpful as was the loan of the gel seat pads. Can't wait to be back

It was so nice not to worry about shipping and setting up a bike for my Aruba vacation. Bike was well used but well maintained and performed flawlessly. Love that they delivered and picked up the bike at my hotel for a small fee. While I brought my own they’ll include a helmet and lock and even installed some crank brothers pedals so I could use my own bike shoes. My family is already talking about our next Aruba vacation and renting from Tri Bike will be top of my list. Thanks!

Paul was very knowledgeable. The MTB tour was fantastic. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the best kept secret on the island. Youay have to get up early but it's worth it. The trails are very well made and Paul was an excellent guide.
