Service was excellent and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. We rented 2 e-bikes (mountain) and they worked great. We were able to go for hours and still had over 1/2 of our battery left. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! Highly Recommend! I rented a bicycle while vacationing in Aruba and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience! They delivered the bike right to where I was staying, exactly on time. They were extremely friendly, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. Because of my flight schedule, I needed them to pick up the bike a day early, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. It’s always a pleasure doing business with people who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be renting from them again on my next visit to Aruba! 🇦🇼🚴

Our bikes were fantastic! Brand new. Very easy drop-off and pick-up at our hotel. Everyone was very polite and easy to do business with. I think this was our 3rd time using Tri-Bike and we will definitely be back. Brian and Beth USA
