They came out twice, to check my softener. The first the problem was my lack of experience with any water softener, and the second time was to test the water- it didn't "feel soft". Test showed I was getting soft water. Both times scheduling was easy, and a tech was there within two days. And there was no charge. Thank you 😃 Forsyth, MO
