The yoga community at Tribal is accepting and extremely friendly. It is a very welcoming yoga community that makes me feel right at home. The instructors are informative and helpful. My dad dropped in on a class and walked away feeling like a yogi.
Friendly and knowledgeable instructors and staff. Day time classes are convenient for me. Relaxed and non competitive atmosphere ( but I haven't been to a Tribe 2 class yet!).
I'd just like to share what I miss from my studio where I lived before in case anyone is open to suggestions- the instructors always gave the name of the pose in Hindi(?). We also did a greater variety of poses over all. Some of which I haven't done since coming here. And because their classes were either warm or hot, we always had a cool lavender scented washcloth on our foreheads at the end - might be nice for your heated class. And we were encouraged to stay as long as we wanted in our final pose.
But I am very happy at Tribal Yoga. It is not as intense in a good way.
Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I joined Tribal Yoga I had zero experience in practicing yoga. I started with the Yoga 101 class, the instructor was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the practice and the movements. I would highly recommend anyone interested in yoga to look into taking the Yoga 101 class.
As someone new to the practice of yoga in the past year I have to say it has been life changing for me physically, mentally and emotionally. I love the teachers at Teibal Yoga and how they embrace each person where they are in their yoga journey. I leave each class feeling physically stronger yet also much calmer and centered. I never thought I would practice yoga but I have come to love it!
