I've been coming to tribal yoga for over a year - 3 to 5 times a week. I love it! The classes are led by passionate and knowledgeable men and women of all ages, just like the Tribe members. I'm middle-aged and have done every type of exercise, but yoga is the only one that lets me meditate while getting a slow motion workout. The people and facility are welcoming to all ages, sizes, and types of people. It feels like a second home as everyone greets each other by name. I'm so lucky I'm a member of the Tribe!
I like everything about Tribal Yoga. There are a variety of classes for all levels, the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, and each class is a needed reminder that there is grace and gratitude in each of us and that, together, we can create and share a positive energy that I so strongly feel is needed at this time.
