I like to thank Curt Easton for his assistance in getting my clients goals achieved. Curt advised my clients every step through the process, even around the road blocks and as a Realtor I really appreciated his professionalism. I regards to Trident Mortgage my client was very satisfied, however I have one concern and that is "the left hand not communicating with the right hand" and this sometimes reflects badly to the client. I believe a little tightened up in the underwriters department should be addressed. This will prevent last minute running around from all parties. Thank you again.
