First of all, I appreciate the knowledgeable staff at Trinity Bikes. Their explanation about having the right size bike, keeping safety in mind, buying quality equipment, and time to choose an e-bike. The bike is just beautiful and operates very nicely. I am glad I went to Trinity and bought locally. Lastly, the Trinity team has answered many of my questions and taken the time to connect my devices. Thank you, staff.

I needed to have my rear derailleur serviced and was able to bring it into the shop and wait for it to be completed. The noise when shifting was taken care of and I'm very happy with the service and the cost was appropriate.
