I don’t know a whole lot about bicycles, but I picked a great place to take my bike for help. Whether it’s buying something new, or even just some help along the way, I would recommend Trinity Bikes to anybody! Great people, they’ve helped me out more than once with some knowledge and very reasonable prices. Big or small, they’re ready to help. 15 out of 10, easy!

The person at Trinity Bikes listened, genuinely, to my description of the problems that needed resolved with my own ebikes, and seemed experienced and informed enough to provide those solutions. Too, Trinity had the products in stock, and at competitive prices, that I needed to fix the problems. I need full explanations about everything, which I'm sure is annoying to salespeople, but he had those explanations. So, I did not have to drive all over Central Oregon to get an additional part here or there, to price-compare, or to get second or third opinions. Redmond is much closer and easier to navigate than Bend, so it was a secondary benefit to know Trinity is a close and trustworthy resource.
