I'd like to thank the people of Trinity Bikes who recently serviced my Trek Domane+. In the process they discovered a slight frame malformation causing a braking disk to rub inappropriately whenever the bike was being ridden. I had been unaware of this problem. They consulted with Trek and a decision was reached to completely replace the frame under warranty. I was given the opportunity to select the color of the frame and in a matter of a few weeks they reassembled my bike with its new frame and delivered it to me. I was charged nothing for this entire process. Trinity Bikes exemplifies integrity and customer care. John Dickey Central Oregon
