Loved that I could come in, explain what I was looking for and then was shown a couple options with a full explanation as to why they were a good fit for what I was wanting. Also the fact that I did not feel pressured whatsoever into purchasing the bike or any other accessories while at the store. Bob is super friendly guy and made bike purchasing process easy. He took my order and held bike in store for two weeks before as I couldn’t pick it up the same day. He also recommend additional accessories that could help prolong my emtb’s life. I am a happy customer
