The team at Trinity has been super helpful and friendly. My husband assembled an electric bike for me. Although he did a good job, he is not an expert. So, I brought it in to Trinity Bikes for a Safety Check. They were so efficient! By the next day they had throughly inspected and tightened up all the nuts and bolts. The bike is super smooth now and I have the peace of mind that it is safe. They are truly professional at Trinity Bikes!

Excellent communication, I appreciate the multi platform responses. Bob was very pleasant to work with and was efficient with providing a parts/service quote. I had a complete component overhaul and it was done in less than 1 week, including ordering and part delivery time. This shop is well stocked with a variety of parts and color options. There are never any surprises and I always appreciate the thoroughness of their work. Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The technician who worked on my grandson’s bike offered advice on a few more things to help make the bike a better ride, which I had him do. Very happy with the service!

Bob and Eric diagnosed quickly what needed to be done to make a 32 year old mountain bike safe to ride again. In three days the work was done, the tuneup cost was very close to the original estimate and the bike shifters worked like new . Thanks Bob and Eric!

Everyone I've dealt with at Trinity has been great. Friendly service and a great selection of things any rider may need. I've gotten all my tubes, tires and service there for the past two years. I'll be upgrading my bike soon and will definitely give them the business. I ride about 20-30 miles a week (weather permitting) so occasionally something breaks. I was on a ride recently which took me very close to their shop. My bike had an unexpected emergency and I walked it over to them. They took care of the problem quickly and got me back on the road. They've earned my business and loyalty.
