Their service is great! They are very knowledgeable. Their repairs on the bike we left them was very prompt, it was finished the next day by early afternoon. They did exactly what they said they'd do and the cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises!

I liked the people. They were friendly and helpful, with no pressure to buy. They had a nice area to bike to try the new bike. I felt very comfortable and in control and also got to use the feature that I bout the e-bike for. They offered the services that were most compelling and had the bike ready when they promised.

The moment we walked into Trinity Bikes, we were greeted by the most knowledgeable and helpful Tyler Helie. He walked us through the process of learning all about the e bikes, answering every question we had, and patiently guiding us to find the perfect bike for my needs. He gave us several hours of his time, and we were able to walk away with exactly the right bike! I can’t think of any buying experience that was as great as this one at Trinity Bikes! 100% going back to Trinity for all our bike needs, starting with an e bike for my husband!
