Great brand integrity! Along with great products, excellent sales staff. Bob is the consummate professional and I thoroughly appreciated his helpfulness. Many bike shops in the area typically are not too helpful and often have preconceived ideas about customers. What's not to like. Great business with great people. This is a great business for Redmond. Haven't taken my bike to Bend for maintenance since Trinity has been in Redmond.
