Super nice and helpful. Even came out to the truck to help me remove and later load my bike. Bike looks like new after being serviced. Showed me why I keep getting flats (thorns) and what to do about it when it happens again. Thanks for the help! I’ll be back

The team at Trinity has been super helpful and friendly. My husband assembled an electric bike for me. Although he did a good job, he is not an expert. So, I brought it in to Trinity Bikes for a Safety Check. They were so efficient! By the next day they had throughly inspected and tightened up all the nuts and bolts. The bike is super smooth now and I have the peace of mind that it is safe. They are truly professional at Trinity Bikes!

Excellent communication, I appreciate the multi platform responses. Bob was very pleasant to work with and was efficient with providing a parts/service quote. I had a complete component overhaul and it was done in less than 1 week, including ordering and part delivery time. This shop is well stocked with a variety of parts and color options. I highly recommend the shop for any purchase, maintenance or upgrade. Thank you!
