Very professional interaction by knowledgeable staff members. I appreciate how they ask what my budget is when I bring a bike in there to have it repaired. There are never any surprises and I always appreciate the thoroughness of their work. Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The technician who worked on my grandson’s bike offered advice on a few more things to help make the bike a better ride, which I had him do. Very happy with the service!

Bob and Eric diagnosed quickly what needed to be done to make a 32 year old mountain bike safe to ride again. In three days the work was done, the tuneup cost was very close to the original estimate and the bike shifters worked like new . Thanks Bob and Eric!

Everyone I've dealt with at Trinity has been great. Friendly service and a great selection of things any rider may need. I've gotten all my tubes, tires and service there for the past two years. I'll be upgrading my bike soon and will definitely give them the business. I ride about 20-30 miles a week (weather permitting) so occasionally something breaks. I was on a ride recently which took me very close to their shop. My bike had an unexpected emergency and I walked it over to them. They took care of the problem quickly and got me back on the road. They've earned my business and loyalty.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain the ins and outs of the Trek e-bike. My wife did a test ride with Eric and she said it was great and made her feel very confident on the bike. Eric also said to down load the app so we can do updates on the software. We highly recommend Trinity Bikes to all.
