Quick and good customer service. I've heard good things about Trinity Bikes for years, right when I was getting out of my "bike around everywhere" phase. With life busy, the kiddo and I took the bike by for a small repair. They had the repair done within a decent timeframe and also gave good recommendations. I look forward to getting a quality bike and future repairs from them when the kiddo is ready to upgrade.
