Friendly affordable and convenient

I found Trinity online because I wanted a new bike and I wanted it soon! I got a wild hair that I would start biking my 2 year old to and from preschool, but I also hadn't riden in 25 years... since I was a teen. I found good selection locally and good prices. I went down and talked to the associates who were super friendly and helpful and helped get me outfitted on a perfect bike for my interests and a suitable trailer plus accessories. No hard sales and they spent a lot of time helping me feel confident on my selections. I took a bike home that day and within a week I was biking the little one to and from school. It's been the best gift I could have given myself. And I appreciate that I can ride the dry canyon to their shop and get my bike serviced if needed.

It's a bike shop that the very greatest bike enthusiasts would be highly impressed by. It's truly a local gem very worth making friends with. I'm looking forward to upgrading my components. And possibly adding another bike to enjoy central oregon with.

The folks at Trinity have always soon concern for my needs and safety. The people here showed me how they understood my particular disability. The service is regular each spring and now I’m zooming around town on my tricycle.

Would love to see a little more bmx stuff, but understand it's a small client base. Really appreciated the last minute help on getting the race bike able to race the next day in the last 10 min of the day it shows you guys care about your customers!
