When your son smashes a wheel and the replacement is a couple hundred dollars they provide a shoulder to cry on as well as the wheel.

Trinity Bikes were amazing. Summer is a busy time so when I brought our bike in I thought it would take a few weeks to be fixed. They fit it in and we were back on the road! Thank you for your help getting it offf and on the rack and on the road again quickly.

I stopped in late the afternoon of July 3 after receiving a flat tire on Dry Canyon trail and walking my bike back three miles to Trinity Bikes, half expecting the store to be closed because of the holiday. But the staff welcomed me in, immediately fixed my flat, sold me a new rear tire and also identified an issue with my chain that needed attention, which was also fixed. Outstanding service which I greatly appreciated, especially as a visitor on vacation with my family. I would recommend Trinity Bikes to anyone!

First of all, I appreciate the knowledgeable staff at Trinity Bikes. Their explanation about having the right size bike, keeping safety in mind, buying quality equipment, and time to choose an e-bike. The bike is just beautiful and operates very nicely. I am glad I went to Trinity and bought locally. Lastly, the Trinity team has answered many of my questions and taken the time to connect my devices. Thank you, staff.
