Excellent customer service,mentioned I was missing a grub screw on my shifter whilst booking in for an overhaul.The engineer went to his tool chest quick rummage and passed over the correct part.Bike ended up being beyond economical repair due to poor maintenance and servicing elsewhere. Still received a comprehensive breakdown of the parts both email and a hard copy.Lessons learnt new rides coming .won’t be taken it anywhere else.

I walked in and told the lady behind the counter that I would like to buy a cycling jacket. She put down what she was doing and took me straight to the jackets, told me everything about them, answered all my questions and gave me some good ideas of other ways to stay warm and dry while cycling. I ended up buying overtrousers, a skull cap and a neck tube as well and I have been delighted with every single purchase since then. Absolutely amazing customer service, I've already recommended it to friends and neighbours this week.

Friendly service and great attention to detail. Some other bike shops that will remain nameless will do the bare minimum and only the bare minimum. For example when bringing my bike in to get a spoke fixed you spotted the brake pads were worn and needed replacing. Please keep it up, my bike is basically being used so that as a family we avoid needing another car, so if something isn't right or needs fixing now or soon it's great to know.
